Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for three nights during my recent visit to Netherlands.
Check in was smooth and I was given the room immediately on my arrival.
Rooms are small but very cosy and well equipped. Clean rooms with clean bathroom and linen. And they do housekeeping everyday and change the towels etc.
The wardrobes are open wardrobes which took a while for me to get adjusted to as it was the first time for me.
One thing missing in the room is a kettle but you have coffee /tea/ hot water available in the lobby 24 hours.
Centrally located with shops / eateries available nearby.
Hague central station is a few minutes walk away and so is the bus stations and tram stations.
Nice and small restaurant. With decent options available for breakfast lunch and dinner. They have few vegetarian options also.
Will definitely return on my next visit.

This is a nice quiet hotel in close proximity to the train station and shops. I would recommend a room at the rear of the building to avoid any of the tram noise. Staff were attentive and quick to fix my shower head when I flagged a problem. There was a smell from the drain at certain times so something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to smells. The room was nice and bright with an added bonus that you could open the window. There wasn't really any storage beyond 3 hangers which is part of the hotel's contemporary design. I would recommend that the hotel add mattress protectors or fitted sheets rather than a flat sheet folded around the mattress. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff.

Top location near the station and city center, friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms. Lockers in the lobby very useful to leave small bags after check-out without any waiting time.

Everything was ok except for a few of significant things. One was dust. The place has a lot of dust. We asked at reception if they could deep clean our room due to a flare up of dust allergies overnight and they suggested turning the AC off. They also swapped the feather pillows just in case. This helped a lot, we kept a window open 24/7. Dry air from the AC wasn't the issue though because we sleep with a full AC system at home. A few personal items left out over our 5 day trip had a respectable layer of dust on them by the end so they definitely have a dust problem and the AC exacerbates it. Dust even collected in the stairwell and the ceiling of the dining area. There's no storage in the rooms, just an open rail & 3 hangers. Housekeeping regularly missed filling up the complementary shampoo and body wash, and towels, despite asking at reception. The breakfast is good but far too dominated by an enormous pancake machine and about 8 different sauces, causing queues at that machine and everywhere else around it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the gym is clean and very cold (in a good way). The elevators could get busy but there are 4 so it works well. The parking underneath also worked well. I booked parking in advance with Q-park to get a discount then 1 day before, the hotel mentioned in an email that they have a discount code, so that wasn't ideal. couldn't stay again due to allergies but if it weren't for this I wouldn't use a it again.

Great location to go to Scheveningen

Stayed 1 night in the Moxy. Location was 1 min on foot from the tram to Scheveningen ( I went to the Harry Potter play). Check in had some troubles due a late change in the booking I made. I could check in a little before official time for free and my room was ready ( they told this was due to my Bonvoy status). Other people could only do the check in before official time if they paid a fee. This sounded strange, something I never heard in a hotel before, nore in any of the bonvoy / moxy places. Room was the typical moxy style, clean, efficient, good quality matress, small bathroom. Breakfast was good but busy and they had a hard time to keep all the options available - but did their best. I will def go back if I have new theater tickets in Scheveningen - the rooms and price are much better in the Hague and it’s only like a 15/20 min tram ride.
