Perfect location to visit The Hague.

Modern and stylish hotel, yet not pretentious, in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes on foot from the Central Station (where trains from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport arrive), situated at the beginning of the historic center. The main museums (Escher Museum, Mauritshuis, both highly recommended) are easily reachable on foot.
Good breakfast, as in all Accor Group hotels.
Unfortunately, I was given a room on the lower floors, from which the view was not great; for this reason, I do not give the highest rating.

Hotel was nice. Very modern and spacious. Staff were quite friendly.
We were given a "free drink" card for not having our room cleaned but did not realize that it had to be used within 24 hours of receiving it. Bit of a bummer, but oh well.
A nice filtered bottle fill station in the lobby was excellent and used by us before we left for exploring. Location was fantastic and an easy 10~ minute walk from Den Haag Centraal.

So-so

The hotel is located within walking distance of the main train station, and at the same time directly in the pedestrian zone.
The room cleanliness was good, and there was also a
Drink voucher, if one chooses to forgo housekeeping.
Unfortunately, there were slight difficulties when redeeming the voucher.
A huge minus point was the breakfast.
On one hand, the very strict end at 10:00 AM, which unfortunately led to the fact
that from approx. 9:30 AM you had to be quick to still pack enough onto your plates.
The
selection was okay, but could be improved
The staff were sometimes not the friendliest.
Okay for a short stay, rather not suitable for more.

Dennoch bedauern wir sehr, dass einige Aspekte nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Die Frühstückszeiten orientieren sich an den Bedürfnissen unserer Gäste mit frühen Terminen, gerne weisen wir bei der Buchung auf alternative Optionen hin. Selbstverständlich stehen unsere Mitarbeitenden jederzeit unterstützend zur Verfügung, um Unklarheiten wie bei der Gutscheineinlösung direkt zu klären.
Abschließend positiv möchten wir hervorheben, dass Sie die verkehrsgünstige Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof sowie die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schätzen konnten.

We loved staying here during our time in this charming small city. Conveniently located next to lots of shopping and super accessible public transit. The whole hotel has such a cool vibe that we thoroughly enjoyed. Good sized room, comfortable furniture, and super soft towels! The view was nice, too. Only downside was no fridge for leftovers or water. Highly recommend this property!

The location is good. However, there’s no refrigerator in my room. I ask the front desk but they just said that the refrigerator was not yet installed.
