Very nice and beautiful park!

Super mooe location, nice and quiet. We had a Cube cottage, really nice and everything needed was there. At the reception and restaurant everyone was very friendly, very service oriented.
Too bad the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day.
For the rest we are very satisfied!

Dirty old itch.

We had booked for 4 nights and paid 550 euros.
What we found was old itch, and everything was dirty,
The pips of gas stove were dirty and a thick layer of grease under the buds.
Dirty casserole,
Smelly dishwasher ,
Dirty floor,
Dirty bedding (blue)
Dust and other dirt in the cupboard
Toilet was far from clean, mold in the shower, sink drain plug had to be taken out with a knife to get the water away, and it was very small there.
Reported the same night.
Left the next day right away,
only have the cleaning costs
got it back ( they wanted it cleaned, but we had absolutely no confidence in that )
So for us NEVER again to the sanding in Otterlo.

Do not go with dog on New Year's

We had booked here especially because park fireworks are free. But nothing where there are park fireworks set next have really enjoyed being reported is indeed intent can't hire security?
Under between dog stroke why rental cottage on the outskirts where fireworks hear is not little but eeg had this park not suitable for fireworks free than with us even better been 3 days earlier that also costs extra because of old and new.
And ergen kan shop also closes from January 5 so no sandwiches order and also not through the reception. So were dependent on supermarket in area there next to snack bar still closed then January 4 there went no more hamburgers because was closing just shop until February 13
Huh thought park were just landal where I made this that closed in janauri was also running cost what € 6 euro that is also parks europarcs 4.50 with 3 weeks I lost 6 euro more than the europarcs Hogeveluwe

Cold and bedbugs

Upon arrival at the beautiful cottage it was coldddd. Well, no problem, we'll turn on the heating. Meanwhile, out the door to eat in the village. What a surprise that it was only 1 degree warmer, so from 16 to 17 degrees. Out of distress but went to bed. At night I looked at the thermostat 18 degrees (for the night fine but you expected more in the meantime). During our breakfast he reached 19 degrees. But now the worst part. In the following week I discovered bumps....mosquitoes?? I have mosquito nets in the house so I thought oh well of the house but it became more and more. Neeee bedbugs. I've been in touch with the park. Their response for complaints about the heating I should have responded immediately either late in the evening. Their response therefore no compensation. I didn't even ask for this, so what a stupid comment. Since I had found out that the bumps were not from the mosquito but bedbug, this immediately indicated. They were supposed to do inspection. No bedbug found. And ohhhh yes no compensation. I even indicated that they should treat as a precaution anyway because I have only been there. If I could send pictures of the bumps. Really incredible! First of all, I didn’t say a word about compensation (not a hair on my head that goes back to this) and then didn’t believe a customer, while I’ve been busy getting them away for weeks now, because I was stupid enough to put my suitcase and clothes from the house on the bed at home (figuring out what to wash, so never do that!).
Come on Europacs and do your thing. Make sure you have proper heating and TREAT THE COTTAGE AGAINST BUGS!
I was not going to leave a review but because of the 0 compassion.

Holiday as a couple

We were in wellness cottage j10 . A nice house for a weekend or midweek only for a longer stay I would choose another house because there is only a two-person bench in it and the bed is not suitable for tall people. Furthermore, it has been a top stay. A nice park with a nice pool and the restaurant gets an extra mention from me for the reasonable prices and the great service.
