Nice renovated hotel

On a short holiday we came by chance to this hotel, it turned out that the hotel was just open this week after a renovation after a fire. Nice room good bed, very good shower and bathroom. Breakfast was still in the start-up phase, but more than adequate. The hotel lights beautifully in the dunes near the sea and is an ideal starting point for cycling routes through the dunes, towards Bergen and Petten.

Nice beach hotel to enjoy beach, peace and space.

Nice hotel with relaxed welcoming atmosphere in a wide area.. Good upgrade to suite, which was cozy and atmospheric. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Employees are service-oriented. Location is perfect, near the beautiful wide beach with nice beach pavilions
In short; a relaxing and nice place to relax and enjoy the beach..

Great hotel –

Great help from the staff.
Heating was broken in the dune pan, booked to the watchman. Great apartment
Location of everything is beautiful 6 stars
Enjoyed we definitely come more often

Great hotel for nature and beach lovers, for families and couples!

What a great place to spend a holiday. The hotel has everything you need for exploring the dunes and beaches of Schoorl and Bergen. The beach is only 10 minutes walking away and 5 minutes by bike. And the dunes start right in the backyard. Which is very nicely displayed by the large windows in the newly designed rooms. The staff is very friendly and the food we had was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for nature lovers and beach lovers. We went as a family, but I would love to return as a couple one day. To enjoy the peace and tranquility even more.

What a lovely hotel! Very good service, and very friendly people

What a lovely family hotel! Very Good Service, and Very Friendly People.
Lovely warm and good beds plus nice bathroom with more than enough space.
Your own nespresso machine and kettle with cups in the room. Plus hair dryer and TV.
View over the polder with private terrace from your room.
Also, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach.
An example of good Service: we had walked after first a walk to Greeting (the White Church beckoned us) (25 minutes walk) and went back by bus. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel and we were completely soaked by the rain during that time. When we came in and asked if there was a possibility to dry our coats: could we hang our coats in the laundry room to dry faster! They were completely dry again within 2 hours:).
Very easily accessible by public transport -, and there is at least 1 bus per hour until late that takes you to Alkmaar station in about half an hour.
If you stay a little longer, renting a bike at this hotel is also possible and definitely recommended given the area.
Also nice: the good breakfast service and good food. You get a lot of fresh, and well prepared food as part of the basic breakfast.
There is also a possibility to snack in between (that goes on account), and they explain in advance how everything works and what you can do in the neighborhood.
I would love to come back here!
