A girl's dream so beautiful

What a fantastic experience in this extremely tasteful ambiance. We enjoyed the beautiful villa, the extremely friendly hostess, the brilliant room and the tasty breakfast. Add to that the beautiful surroundings and you can no longer think of an excuse not to spend the night here...top

Centrally located

Centrally located with good parking spaces. Check-in is via a code you get via email. Then you have to fill in the details via a terminal inside. You also create a card key for your room. It's a piece of cake. Great room, clean with quite large bathroom. Breakfast was fine.

The top destination of valkenburg

Now for the 3rd time and again had a great weekend here.
On arrival at 11 o'clock we could already get to our rooms so that was particularly nice.
Service is very high here and for us this remains the destination when we go to valkenburg.
Hereby a thank you again to the hostess who has taken care of the weather just fine.

Not recommended

We stayed here on New Year's Eve. We made a reservation online and when we arrived at the villa, we used the access code sent by email to enter. To get a key, we had to check in at a machine but the code sent beforehand did not work. We called for help and had to go to another hotel to pick up the key. So our check in took almost an hour. Unacceptable for the amount of money paid. The room was quite large but had a concept that I do not agree with: the bathroom behind the bed. I did not find the breakfast delicious at all because nothing was fresh.

Top location, cozy atmosphere.

Top location, center, caves, cable car, everything within a short walking distance. Cozy Christmas decorations in and around the hotel. Breakfast nicely prepared, plenty of choice and a cozy homely atmosphere.
Rooms nicely decorated and very clean. Also smells very fresh when you enter.
There is no reception, but online check-in, code to enter and creating a key/card was easy for us. You will also be well informed in advance by email about how check-in works. Encountered 2 employees during our stay. Very friendly and helpful. In summary, TOP.

Please note that cars are not allowed in the center of Valkenburg. Guests driving a car from Parkhotel Valkenburg to Villa Valkenburg or the other way around, will have to take a detour around the center (5 minutes drive). Please note that breakfast is served in the Koetshuis, which is the building on the left side of the Villa.
