Getaway to Ouvea
We stayed 3 nights at Beaupré, the team is great.
They listened and provided us with something to protect us from mosquitoes

Disrespectful and incomprehensible behaviour
After a week working in Nouméa, my husband and I had planned to spend the WE at this hotel in Ouvéa, from November 21 to 24, 2025. Unfortunately, we were unable to get there following the cancellation of the Air Caledonie flight and its postponement to the next day. By telephone, the hotel manager had honestly warned us that the return would not be certain either; for our part, we could not risk missing our return flight to Europe.
This very friendly lady on the phone then committed to reimburse us for the nights. She even asked us for an RIB for that.
Since then, my husband has asked in writing about our case several times, without reply. I then went through the hotel messenger to try to get any feedback from them. After 3 unanswered messages, I received on February 28 a single message apologizing for this oversight, with an announcement to restart accounting the next day. Since then, no news and no one answering my requests for information on the file.
I could have heard everything, and even understood a request to renegotiate the refund to our disadvantage... but this total ignorance towards customers does not seem to me worthy of quality management and even less – and above all – respectful behavior between human beings.
PS: This is the first time in my life that I have written a negative comment on the Web, but this situation is beyond my comprehension.

Disappointing stay considering the potential of the island and the structure
3 day stay disappointing in terms of services well below what can be expected of this type of hotel.
The shuttle did not pick up our colleague at the airfield, we were disturbed by ants in bed at night, the breakfast "buffet" was very poor contrary to its price. A hyper slippery deck path with risks of falling.

Weekend in Ouvea
Clean and quiet hotel. The exteriors are well appointed. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is good.

More than disappointing
Ouvéa is close to paradise, this hotel is bcp less...if you want to enjoy it I strongly advise you to pass your way and go elsewhere than in this place whose prices do not justify the services....The rooms are dirty, not maintained, fridges, bedding, moldy furniture, rusty... And the worst, a complete denial of the manager who thinks she is a matron with a flawless complex...my husband had told me to take pictures, I did not because I thought I would find an amicable agreement with the manager in front of the unhealthy room but in vain... Tourists are just money pumps for this lady... Go camping, lodging or another hotel, I guarantee you that your stay will only be better... or especially do not pay until you have seen the state of the room because no arrangement will be made... (We were offered another room, that day it was certainly less dirty than the previous one... You just had to forget to see the dirty underpants under the terrace and the broken or missing furniture...) In short, really run away, it really is not worth it....

Des ratés ménage, celà peut arriver; nous ne sommes que des humains..... Mais, en général nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour satisfaire nos clients......
Nous ne tiendrons pas compte de votre avis qui fait bien désordre au milieu de tous nos clients contents, voire très contents ! Je laisse nos futurs clients apprécier la démesure de vos commentaires!
