Professional

Found this hotel, very professional. Security was excellent and stay was comfortable. Services remain good but with professional approach. No one seems to be helpful on moral grounds. Rates were not too high as compared to other surrounding hotels. Providing the services like gym, pool etc to be included in four or five star list only. However rooftop pool and gym are good to have a look. Rooms were better and good sized.

At first sight hotel looks Ok.

Terrible place, rooms reasonably good. Hot water temperature at risk of Legionella due to low temperature. Asked for temperature to be increased, no reaction whatsoever despite filling in a complaint form. Food in this place is an absolute disgrace, little point in having a menu if 70% of the things are not available. Breakfast is dismal and limited. Room cleaning spasmodic. If you use the staircase be careful, if you go there you will realise what I mean. Not a good hotel for a European traveller.

Poor product

Poor product, worst services, staff was not paid with salaries. Lot of complaints. Not a place to stay. I will recomend to anyone for their stay. Food quality was not good. Delay in delivery of orders.unattendat customer services.

My wife insisted to give another try

We stayed with our children in this hotel in 2015 and that was a terrible experience .
My wife insisted to give them another try as my kids liked their pool .
We checked in on 7th july and took 2 rooms . My wife was surprised to see that thwir service hasnt improved a bit . Their were same issues like 2015 .
The bathroom had drainage issue .
The rooms werent that much clean .
Our room AC dint work whole night . Complai ed several times to reception but they were unable to fix it . So it was a waste of money this time.as well .

Review

It is below above average place . food is good and rooms are fine. almost near liberty. it has a swiming pool on 7 floor. close to liberty where you can shop for eveything related to clothes to shoes etc
