I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel the taj mahel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were truly commendable. The room service was prompt, and the quality of food was outstanding, reflecting the high standards of the hotel.

Bad experience

Staff behavior was good but bed sheets and Pillows were dirty and had multiple stains on them; we were not slept whole night due to itchy. There were also smell in room that was irritating. We paid 11k for one night here but it was better to pay 23 k for PC hotel.

Worst if it is “Hotel The Taj Mahal Murree”

Staff behavior was extremely rude and started fighting on just a complaint of flush in a bath room in Hotel the taj mahal murree. Owner of the hotel was with the same behavior with the side of his staff. You can see more other websites have also bad reviews of this hotel in murree.
This is my general advise to travelers try to book hotel online from leading hotel booking websites, where u can show your experience in case of wrong doing by hotel during the stay.

Disgusting Taj Mahal Hotel

Our experience was awful. The towels were not washed, they had stains on them and looked like the had been picked out of a bin. The bed sheets were dirty and had multiple stains on them; we all had a very itchy and uncomfortable sleep. The room service was the worst I have ever experienced. The room was supposed to be a 'VIP' room but felt like an ordinary room. Avoid this place at all costs!

It was a great experience with Taj Mahal Hotel

We are three persons thats why we hire a tripple bed room on it.
The room was amazingly. We enjoyed all services of Taj Mahal Hotel. With water service of Taj Mahal hotel is more better than other Hotels Because this Hotel is on a Mountain thats why the water of that place was very cold and the manager gave us hot water as a service of there hotel.
