Pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice. Dinner and breakfast service was slow as they never checked on us. Views were beautiful and it was clean. There are some cats that hang out there and get on furniture if you are allergic to them.

Health first, for this reason never again

We stayed for 1 night at the golden Frog Inn. After our arrival at 2.15 pm came the message that we could only move into our room at 3.00 pm. So we looked at the hotel complex. Here are the strengths of the hotel, a lush tropical garden with magnificent views.
The room was occupied, it was a room for people with disabilities so the decor, which did not interfere further. A slight biting smell we noticed we were assuming this comes from cleaning. In the evening in the bathroom now the first horror, 3 light bulbs are attached directly above the sink, suddenly one of these exploded without hurting me fortunately. In the night now with closed windows and doors the biting smell became unbearable, followed by a sleepless night with extreme headaches. It turned out that the wooden ceiling was painted a short time before. At breakfast, the orange juice was terrible, tasted like it was made from effervescent. Supplement or similar is available at breakfast only at an additional cost. When checking out, I shared the e.g. T. with health-damaging defects, after consulting the management, we got a small discount. For the reasons listed, we cannot recommend the golden Frog Inn and therefore only the 1 point!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the paint fumes and the light bulb incident; we are currently reviewing our maintenance protocols to ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that our juices are freshly squeezed every morning from 100% natural fruit. We are sorry they were not to your taste on this occasion.
While we are glad a discount was provided at checkout, we regret that your stay fell short of our usual standards. We appreciate your comments on our gardens and hope to better serve you in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful views everywhere you looked. So peaceful and relaxing. I did not want to leave the property.

Very nice boutique hotel. Lush tropical garden with lots of birds. Good restaurant. Right behind the hotel is the starting point of short but nice walk.
