Some of the best views in town!
The location is also very nice, just a few blocks from the center of the city, and I always experienced the area to be calm and secure.
The service is good and they have a lobby bar, a restaurant and a snack bar where breakfast is served. The breakfast itself is very decent, having spent a month in Argentina it was really nice to have some fruit and cereals again, was eating till my stomach hurt :)
Also Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel with decent speeds.
It is a bit on the expensive side and all facilities does not live up to 4-star standard in my opinion but since it was my girlfriends first time in Asuncion I figured the view was worth it, cause the view is really amazing! (Just be sure to ask for a room on the upper floor)

Welcome to the 70s
The best thing about the hotel is that it had a room that fit our entire family, four beds that slept the five of us.
The lobby was nice and modern, the hotel room was a time capsule from the 70s. Things mostly worked. Knobs come off in your hand, some faucet handles just turn and nothing happens. The carpeting is way past its prime.
The staff was helpful and attentive and the breakfast was OK.

Should not be 4 Star
Second night there, no towels in the bathroom and dinner was adecuate, breakfast as we were leaving at 6.45, they where not ready for us turning up at 6am for breakfast.
Lifts carried 4 people and the rest bars at the back of the lift moved and fell away if you lent on them. The place was clean and the restaurant had a very nice decor.
Staff were helpfull but I wouldn't pay to stay there again. It needs to be completely brought up to date.
