Hidden Place in Cusco

Hatun Quilla is truly a hidden gem in Cusco. From the moment we arrived, Yovanna and Julio made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their customer service is exceptional warm and highly personalized, and always focused on making sure we were comfortable and have everything we needed. You can immediately tell that they take great pride in their property and genuinely care about the people who stay with them.
The property is exactly as beautiful as the photos, in fact, the pictures absolutely do it justice. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully presented. It has the charm and personal attention of a boutique-style property, rather than the impersonal feeling you sometimes get at larger hotels.
The location is excellent: convenient for exploring Cusco, in an area where we felt safe, with several great restaurants nearby. It was easy to enjoy the city while still having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to.
What really makes Hatun Quilla special, however, is the hospitality. Yovanna and Julio go beyond simply providing accommodation, they take care of their guests. That personal touch made a tremendous difference in our experience.
For the cleanliness, location, value, safety, boutique atmosphere, and especially the extraordinary service, Hatun Quilla deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Cusco who appreciates genuine hospitality and personalized attention.

We loved the rooms, and the staff were so helpful and kind. They had a lot of suggestions for making the most of Cusco! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. Very conveniently located. The owner Julio and his wife went above and beyond to help us with everything. If you are looking for a clean, safe, convenient budget friendly place to stay then I'll highly recommend this place. Convenient to everything.

Very good!
Super friendly, comfortable rooms, always service, cleanliness, breakfast is above all else and has a spectacular view!

I stayed at Hatun Quilla for 6 nights. The owner Julio was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and convenient place near the Plaza de Armas. Would definitely stay again!
