An Absolute Gem in Cusco – Exceptional Service and hospitality
This hotel was our favorite from the entire trip due to the very friendly staff, exceptional roomservice and the interiors overall prettiness.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was Rosio. She is an absolute angel and sincerely cares for her guests in the most heartwarming, almost motherly way. She always inquired about our well-being and her local tips and genuine care for our well-being made all the difference. (For example, when we wanted to file a police report regarding the mistreatment of horses we witnessed at Rainbow Mountain, she didn't hesitate for a second. She encouraged us to report it, printed out the complaint for us, and gave support. Furthermore, she recommended a personal driver who was absolutely fantastic.)
The hotel itself is stunning, built on original historic stone foundations (typical colonial style) with beautiful stone walls on the lower levels. It has character and cozy charm and a fantastic view from the rooftop! We were originally supposed to get a smaller room, but after my boyfriend asked if a room with a nice view was available, they generously upgraded us to a much larger, beautiful room with two windows and a balcony!
The housekeeping was the best we've ever experienced! Every morning, we left our room in a rushed, chaotic mess, and every evening we returned to a pristine, beautifully organized space. Our clothes were neatly folded on the bed, and everything was handled with the utmost care and discretion. 10/10!
As with many historic buildings in Cusco, it can get quite chilly. The heating only worked occasionally at night (and not at all during the day), but it didn't bother us too much, since we were out during daytime and there were more than enough blankets for the night. Also, the hot water in the bathroom didnt get really hot, so we only showered and took a shorter bath.

Accommodation was clean and well run, the staff were fantastic, friendly and informative both in Spanish and English. The breakfast was just the thing to set you up for the day.

Great stay in Los Apus
Excellent hotel location, not so far from most of the sights in Cusco. Nice ambiance, clean rooms. Good view over the rooftops of Cusco from the 3rd floor. Fantastic staff. Very attentive and always ready to help or fulfill wishes. Gladly again anytime.

Excellent service and very clean.
The hotel is very well located, close to the Plaza del Armas, and good restaurants and shops. The service is very friendly and the breakfast a delight. I recommend!
