Bad place

Don't stay in this hotel if you can call it a hotel! The place is dirty. The bathroom smells awful. The room without ventilation, full of mold on the walls. Old bed, old bedding. Bath towel looks like flooring. I had to move from hotel because it was impossible to stay in that place. Breakfast is a joke. The owner served some breads, with soluble coffee sachet and some sachets of jelly and butter. We trusted the agency that we bought the package and it was the worst place I ever stayed. Get out of this place. And to finish while we were taking a walk the owner entered the room and made a painting on the wall. Bad place

Awful. If you have any kind of budget stay somewhere else

Two couples travelling and we were both put into windowless box rooms
I knew it wasnt going to be good when i saw a roll of toilet paper on the (thin) towels on the bed rather than in the bath room
The bed was pushed into one corner so no space to walk around. In fact there was barely room for two people to stand let alone put cases.
The bathroom was beyond small and the shower barely warm.
Breakfast was very poor cheese and procsed luncheon meat. Not even ham.
All in all, very grim. Might be ok for backpackers with a tight budget. But i woukd not advise it

disgusting hotel

Ugly, dirty rooms. Traumatic experience. I arrived on 05/09/2025, I was placed in a terrible room, no curtain, facing an interior work. I asked to change my room, and they put me in an even worse room, completely dirty. Bed linen and old towels, full of hair, bathroom chewing. I talked politely with Arturo, he said that he had no other room, and asked for the cancellation, because I would go to another lodging, he promised me that I would cancel, no problems. I went to another hotel. On 10/09/2025, the cancellation/cancellation had not yet been done in the take-off application. I returned to the hotel and talked again with Arturo, who assured that the delay in the cancellation was due to the partner Enterprise. Yesterday, 14/09/2025, I was informed that the hotel had refused the cancellation and charged for the accommodation, and I left for the dirt of the place. I've agreed with due process and legal measures, in addition to making all possible complaints, I'm indignant with the hosting and the dishonesty of Arturo

No heat in the room.
No hot water.
When I arrived, the guy in the reception area told me they were over booked and told me he was putting me in the next door hostel. I told him, no!! I had paid for this hotel. Therefore, I am staying in this hotel. Horrible service . The white blankets looked dirty. Therefore, I sleep on top.

The worst hotel of my life

We arrived at 6pm and the room was NOT ready. And instead of 1 triple room we got 2. The sheets did not look clean and we had to order more towels as there was not even 1 for the hands. It was cold and there was no heating and we never managed to bathe in hot water. According to the manager, it took a long time to get it.
We finally changed after the 2nd night, despite having paid 4. I wouldn't recommend it to my greatest enemy.
