Receiving my birthday with this massage was my best decision.
Impressive. A truly magical and very welcoming place located among the streets of the San Juan neighborhood.
The stay and the rooms are impeccable in cleanliness, service, and order.
The views from the garden and the upper part are very cute and endearing.
From the very first moment, they made me feel attended to and very special.
A very comprehensive offer in care and wellness from the spa, massages ranging from reflexology to the use of stones, cleansing rituals, and alignment with coca leaves and prayers with powerful invocations.
Ruth, who was my massage therapist, offered me a complete and fantastic session as a birthday gift, sharing all her experience. It was exactly what I needed to transition from my 29s to my 30s.
Constantly attentive and with very balanced and focused energy, she managed to leave me feeling like a baby and gave me some care advice as well as blessings with her prayers for the goals I have been manifesting for this year and for my life.
They surprised me with pancakes with fruits and honey for breakfast. Being a buffet, it is appreciated that they serve it to you.
I am infinitely grateful to the house, its managers, and their good work.

The room was so cold we got sick and the spa is minimal
This is not a spa hotel, it’s a hotel with one jacuzzi for the whole hotel to share, meaning it’s never available because it’s also in the same room where they do massages. Very inconvenient and false advertising.
The room was so cold at night that we got sick, which is a dealbreaker as far as I’m concerned. A hotel should at the very least provide shelter. It’s not enough with one heater (which automatically turns off) and one hot water bottle under the covers. We might as well have been sleeping outside.
Other hotels in Cusco/higher mountains, had warmer rooms for the same price or less.
The massages were okay, but terrible value.
Most of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but the owner (I think) told us she would help us with recommendations for Tambopata on WhatsApp, but then just ghosted us.
In general, the staff often forgot our requests, such as laundry or other facilities. And the breakfast was basic.
Stay away from Encantada. It looks nice in the pictures, but you don’t want to spend your vacation with a cold. You easily find better accommodations for this price.

Great stay!
Our stay at encantada casa was great. We had a couples massage with Ruth and Lurdes which was absolutely incredible. We felt soo comfortable and relaxed with them and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Please book with them if you’re in Cusco. The area is also very nice and we felt at home the moment we arrived.

Great spa experience
Had a great time at the hotel. Staff super friendly. Had a spa experience that was amazing. Fiorela and Ruth did an amazing massage, would 100% recommand. Rooms are great. Good location. Great laundry service.

charming hotel with nice views of Cusco
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights--3 when we first arrived and 1 on our way back to Lima. It's a very quaint hotel with kind and helpful staff. The location is nice and there are lovely views of Cusco from the courtyard and balconies. Breakfast buffet is nice and they will make eggs to order. We first stayed in the main building above the lobby and the rooms are decent sized, quiet and bed comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and water was hot. When we returned at the end of our trip we had outdoor rooms in the courtyard. The seemed to be newly renovated. These rooms were much larger with updated bathrooms. Overall a comfortable stay and would stay again if we ever return. There are a few nice cafes and bars along the street, as well as shops to get water or have some laundry done. You should be aware that cars don't go directly to the hotel, they have to stop a short distance away and you walk up to the hotel with your bags. There are also stairs and uneven paths so if you have any mobility issues this might not be the right spot for you.
