Incredible days in the imperial city.

Because every time I arrive the staff welcomes me in the best way, especially Miss Jeniffer is always attentive and friendly to any requirements you may have, I recommend as the apartments are well equipped with everything we need to make the stay in Cusco very good.

I don't recommend it, they prioritize money over providing good Service

We were offered an apartment for six people. After the deposit, we were told that by "overbooking" we would be given 2 mini-departments with the same amenities and access to the elevator (we went with senior citizens and that was a condition). When we checked-in we were surprised that the largest mini-department (which we planned to use for the elderly) did not have access to the elevator and did not have the amenities offered. One's TV was adorned, and it was the only one that had a dining table and therefore it was the one we would use mostly, but there was no refrigerator or microwave, the gas ball was empty, there was not enough crockery and above the room had windows exposed to visibility from the main entrance and no curtains so there was no privacy whatsoever. When making the claims they wanted to return us and leave us without accommodation, so we had to accept because we had no choice having to move from one floor to the other with our food. They also wanted to restrict the hours of use of the garage. They also did not provide us with toilet paper or towels despite being an ApartHotel, which indicates precariousness and improvisation in the Service and also reflects that they prioritize money over providing a good Service. At all times of making the claims it is reflected that they do not want to assume any responsibility, so they will surely excuse themselves in any response to this comment. Be careful! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

Friendliness, excellent service and stay

Very good service! Thank you very much to Mercedes, Charito and Joel for all the support during our stay in Cusco. We also took the tour for our stay in Arequipa, Cusco and Puno and everything was excellent really. I highly recommend them, and when I return I will not hesitate to contact them. Even in the hotel I left my bag for forgetfulness and they kept it and I was able to recover it.☺️ Thank you very much, see you soon!
