Excellent attention

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are as shown in the photos, I had an excellent stay , it is my third time in Cusco and it is definitely a place I would recommend.

Cusco gem

Never was able to meet Miguel but I was in good hands with Daniel and Rosa. I like the concept for this Airbnb. Safe and a bargain for the price. Amazing location next to San Pedro market and Orion supermarket. Literally a straight walk to Plaza de Armas. Will stay here again!

Cozy quiet comfortable place

We stayed there for 9 days (with 2 days break in the middle for machupichu).
Very good location, San Pedro market just around the corner (where you can eat good a cheap lunch), big supermarket in front of the main door. Main square (plaza de armas) only 3 blocks.
Rooms are very nice and clean, beds are comfortable. There is a shared kitchen to use, and a very convenient living room with huge flat screen tv. Staff is very nice.
Highly recommended (!)

Really only if you are on a tight budget

I read decent review of this place that is why I decided to book.
I was aware it was not a 5 star hotel but they cannot say that breakfast is included once all that is included is 1 egg and a piece of bread. Once I asked for 2 eggs and they told me only one per customers was available.
The room need extensive refurbishment and there is no reception area.
Only and very good point is the location plus the two young ladies at the reception.

One of the best choices in Cusco!

Super clean (we have entered and you could smell how clean this place is), quiet B&B, very close to city center (5-10 min walk from Plaza del Armas), good price and basic breakfast. Overall a very good choice for Cuzco.
Be careful when you search it as it is in the same building with another B&B. Polite staff, cleaning everyday. There is a fridge so you can buy anything and keep it for you (storage box with the name of your room into the fridge-one for each room) and you can ask for breakfast (by writing on a tab at the main hall next to the name of your room) at what time is suitable for your schedule (we had breakfast at 5.00 am before our trekking the last day).
Communication via emails also great. They do not ask Peruvian Vat 18%. You pay exactly for what you have booked for from Expedia or Booking e.t.c.
Totally recommended!
