Comfort hotel with very helpful staff

We stayed on our short visit to HYO and it was pretty much perfect for me. The room is in good condition with standard amenities. It was warm enough at night for me with the blanket they provided. We ended up having a little problem with our bus to Lima and hotel staff was very very helpful arranging flight on the next day and a taxi to airport for us at about 10pm. We were always offered Mate. My husband who has a wheat and dairy allergies was well noted and taken care of by the hotel's staff. Great location near to plaza de la constitucion. The restaurant downstairs was not noisy (but smell too good that I was hungry all the time!).
I'll definitely stay there again if I revisit HYO. Totally recommended!

Staff were pleasant

Pros: Staff were pleasant. Did not speak any English, so make sure you have a good translator app installed on your phone, if no hablo Español.
Cons: Water barely gets warm, but NEVER hot. From our rooms (503 - 504), you could hear dogs barking all night long (comes from behind hotel). WiFi was spotty at times. Rooms *01 & *02 (floors 3-8) are on the street side. Not sure how much noise you hear from the VERY busy street below.

Comfortable hotel in a great location

Perfect place for a short stay in Huancayo. The room and shower were quite cold but warmed up in time. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was usual fare but tasty and the wifi worked very well throughout the hotel.
Would recommend for anyone visiting Huancayo and would stay here again.

Good choice

Location is great, very close to the central avenues and cathedral. The entrance is a bit deceiving as it is a Chinesse restaurant and Up stairs is the reception. There is a lift.
The staff who received us were very kind and offered us a Coca tea at arrival. The room we got was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel uses solar water heating so you need to leave water running for 5 to 10 minutes before it gets warm. This was available at night also and you will want hot water in huancayo at all times.
Breakfast is included self serviced and they provide regional bread and cheese besides that is very standard.
We only stayed for two nights and it was a great choice to visit this city.

Mala relación precio/servicio

El precio que cobran es excesivo para el precio que cobran. El desayuno demasiado simple huevo frito frio, pan o galletas y café instantáneo o infusión de sobre. Llegué tarde a todos mis compromisos, pof problemas con el agua caliente, la mayor parte del tiempo permanecía helada, un día tuve que ir a otro lado para bañarme
