Excellent Service. Thanks to Brian Moreno,Bartender at the Lobby Bar for making great Pisco Sour & being very attentive.

Nice hotel, beautiful spacious room, helpful and attentive staff, great location, walking distance to restaurants & shopping mall.

The gym has not been updated in years. It has become smaller and smaller, and the treadmills are old. I have been to this hotel multiple times and it does appear like it could use some upgrades.

I was very happy with the hotel. All the stuff are very helpful and kind..The only thing I suggest improvement is breakfast and also the use of the roof top. I wanted to just enjoy the view from the pool area arround 8 pm and I couldn't because since the pool is there, is not allowed to hang out in that area.

Staff breakfast and cleaning was very good! You need to take a taxi to Miraflores, and I would not recommend to walk late at night

Great hotel and customer service.

This hotel is great. Very clean and a great buffet. We were helped to our rooms by Carlos Rios and he did great And getting us situated and telling us about the nearby attractions
