All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient. The area nearby there’s really not much to do but just about a five or 10 minute walk and then you’re in the middle of everything. The breakfast is not so bad even though there’s not a huge variety but the breakfast staff have also been very kind and helpful. I would not mind staying here again.

This hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. My issue was the room we had was on the 2nd floor with an internal window. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light.

The wifi was very unstable most of my stay - very frustrating as I wasn't able to purchase tickets, access my online bank service, etc. However, the most annoying thing with my stay was the lack of understanding /respect that I was sick and wanted to be left alone. I told the reception that I was sick and put a "don't disturb" - sign outside my door. Despite this, I lost track of how many times they came knocking on my door or called me from the reception. To fill up the minibar, housekeeping.... I dragged myself out of bed to answer the door a few times, but I also ignored it. I pointed at the don't disturb-sign when I opened, but it didn't seem as the sign mattered to them-!? I have never been this bothered and annoyed in any hotel before!
There was renovation of some kind going on in the hotel, and the smell of chemicals was overwhelming at times.
Not coming back.

Impresionado con el Hotel, ambiente super agradable, habitación impecable, limpieza diaria de primera. Desayuno razonable, poco variado. Bañera amplia con suficiente agua caliente, pero no funciona el hidro masaje. El trato del personal excenete en general, pero en recepción dos señoritas Nayumi y Camila, a cual mejor, empatía amabilidad, con ganas de hacer agradable la estadía de los huespedes. La ubicación excelente, un lugar con poco ruido y céntrico, cerca de todo. En general una expriancia super agradable. Si tuviera que regresar a Arequipa, elegiría el mismo Hotel.
