Good value for money

Very good value for money, small but clean rooms with cable TV and mini fridge, helpful staff, airport transportation, central location within a walking distance of main square,
pedestrian Tacna street and Ucayali river.
Perhaps breakfast should have been better.

bad business practice, to say the least

With a six week advance booking, these undesirables cancelled on us at 14:19 on the day of check-in. That's very rude. Needless to say, we won't be looking here next time we visit, which will be reasonably frequently. This is bad business practice.

Terrible service for a 3 star hotel in Pucallpa

There was a water and power outage and there was no backup equipment. Since there was no electricity, the air conditioning did not work and the heat inside the rooms was unbearable. The next day there was no water either and no solution was offered to us. The power outage was only in the hotel. Since there was no water, they did not provide a full breakfast. The jacuzzi was not clean and the two times I tried to use it, green water came out. They did not comply with providing soap and shampoo every day.

Not worth the money.

Would not go back & would never recommend this hotel. We paid "regular price" ($55) for the worst room in the place - the window faced onto the work area/hotel garage. Construction started just after 7am - so much for relaxing & sleeping in. We were told by one staff member about a free breakfast buffet on the 4th floor until 10:30am, however in the morning we were told the breakfast had closed at 9:30am and were not even allowed to go up to the restaurant. The best part - they had free internet for me to locate another, better, hotel.

Tranquilo

El hotel es antiguo pero acogedor, muy limpio. Cuentan con aire acondicionado
El desayuno es normal, siempre hay piña o papaya (en los 3 días que me quede), café, leche, queso/jamón, patacones, y un guiso de carne, tamales. Hay que pedir que lo calienten
El personal es amable.
Cerca de la plaza de armas, casi 3 cuadras caminando
