Nature and tranquility
The Hotel is located near the Tambopata River. If you want to be in the middle of nature and away from the bustle, it is the perfect place. Although you won't hear street noise, cars, etc. You can hear the different sounds of birds, monkeys...
It has an approximately hour and a quarter trail, which leaves and returns to the establishment itself. It can be done on its own and observe many vegetation, birds and even wild boars.
Mosquitoes, an inevitable constant around the area. The rooms have mosquito nets, fan, hot water, towels, soaps... In the room, taking care not to leave the door open, mosquitoes do not enter.
The staff is very, very friendly. It resolves the doubts that arise and informs about options for activities to be carried out. If you wish, they arrange airport transfers and tours themselves.
The food, exquisite. They have a menu with local dishes. They perform it on the fly, for which it is appreciated and noted in the final result.
They take into account certain dietary conditions (notify before staying).
In the common area there is billiards, table football, pin-pon, goalkeepers...

Nice facility with cuts in Service, prices and maintenance
We stayed at this resort for four nights. Positively we found the peace and secluded. After a 2-week tour of Peru, this place is just the place to unwind. The facility itself is very nice. The bungalows were clean and equipped with Wi-Fi, streaming services, fridge and air conditioning. There was no minisave and no outlet in the bathroom. The floor was a bit sticky and here and there you could dust. Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 9:00. There wasn't much. A few slices of pineapple and melon. Some scrambled eggs, rolls, jam, butter, kafffee and juices. If you didn't get there until 8:20 a lot of it was already gone and it wasn't refilled. If coffee was left over from the breakfast you could get coffee again during the day but had to ask for cups as they were put away after breakfast. We had full board. Dinner was sumptuous and delicious. Starter, dessert and the main course Ceviche were not included (for inexplicable reasons) and had to be paid extra. Prices are totally overpriced. A water 2.5 liters costs 15 Sol. So that's three times as usual. This runs through the entire menu. They actually wanted to sell us a campfire evening with marshmallows for 60 Sol per person. The facility itself is beautifully designed. However, you could renew the path lighting to the bungalow. It had disintegrated and without bulbs, so we had to make do with flashlights. The pool area was a single disaster. The filter system was either defective or shut down for cost reasons. The two pools were unchlorinated and full of dead insects and leaves. We have not experienced once in the 4 days that the pools were cleaned. Three people at the bar were too busy with their smartphones. There were no sunbeds by the pool but only seats. The prefabricated observation tower is a crumbling Lost Place and is not part of the resort. It's full of broken glass and garbage. There's no way I'd go in there with a toddler. Also, in September you don’t see the sunset (as advertised) because it is hidden by trees. The circuit through the jungle takes 1.5 hours and is really great. Even if there are a few criticisms we would still come back for the sake of peace.

Great place
We stayed at La Habana as a family and really enjoyed our experience! Although the location is quite far from the city, we enjoyed the tranquility of the place and Herbert’s hospitality. Make sure you buy water and snacks in the city. I recommend!!

Terrible attention
The worst customer service ever! The owner is very bitter, he doesn't even say hello. We were 7 people, 4 days. 1 day without electricity without water without connection. Pool area under construction, annoying ruins. Zipline could not be used. Ugly food, those who ate havana snack gave us diarrhea. It's very far, there are better places nearby. I don't recommend at all.

The worst accommodation we have ever stayed in!!!
There was construction going on throughout our stay. It was hammered and sawn. The entire facility was dirty and was not cleaned. The restaurant & bar area was not accessible due to the construction work. We felt out of place. Wifi was not available and I had hair in the food and dead flies in my juice at every breakfast. The kitchen prepares good food, but has nothing for vegetarians. Toilet paper wasn't refilled when the room was "cleaned" and the "new" sheets were stained.
