Good hotel in Puno

It is a hotel located in the nerve center of the city of Puno, the rooms are a little small but the bed comfortable, bathroom spacious and bright. Very nice staff and attentive to your requests. Breakfast at the right buffet.

Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization.

Good location and excellent staff

Very good location, good breakfast and very friendly staff. My son felt bad about the height and they helped him with the oxygen.
The facilities are comfortable and very clean.

So glad I took a chance!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Lake Titicaca. I was initially hesitant to book because of some mixed reviews I had read, but I am so glad we did! Our experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.
HIghlights:
Location & Room: The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center. We had a room on the 4th floor with a wonderful view of the Cathedral and the main Plaza de Armas from our balcony. Despite being in a central location, our room was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very restful stay.
Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was very clean and well-maintained. We had a great experience with the hot water—it was consistently hot with good pressure, which is a huge plus in the Andes! The provided heater was also much appreciated for the chilly nights.
Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent. It was a proper meal with scrambled eggs, a variety of juices, fresh fruits, and different types of bread. It was a great way to start our busy days of sightseeing.
Amenities: I really appreciated the free filtered water and coca tea available in the lobby. This was not only a thoughtful touch but also very helpful for staying hydrated and acclimating to the altitude.
Service & Staff: The hotel's reception and administration staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in booking our tours and transfers in advance, and the prices were very reasonable. Their support made planning our trip so much easier.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and was a great value. It provided a perfect, comfortable base for our time in Puno and at Lake Titicaca.

Very good 03* in Puno

Located in the same square of arms of Puno, better impossible.
From the balcony of the room you have a panoramic view of the square and the cathedral (we touch third floor)
All the staff very friendly and attentive
The room somewhat small but with everything you need, very good and comfortable bed, small TV, bottled water in the courtesy room.
It has a lift
Breakfast varied as possible (it is a 03*) very good and recommended.
Spacious bathroom with good hot water power.
We spent 02 nights there, and overall everything was great... thank you.
