One night
This hotel is great, seriously. It has an amazing pool and the food is simply delicious. If you need a place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle, this is the one. From the moment you arrive, they treat you very well, they make you feel at home. The pool gives it that touch of fun and freshness, and the food is truly wonderful. If you are looking for a place to rest and recharge your batteries, this hotel is the perfect option, I tell you without hesitation, 100% recommended for a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Lousy service in general
The restaurant's attention is terrible, the waiters do not know how to take the order, request food from the room and in the pizza there were hairs and the waiter who attended could be noticed that he was not trained for the attention to the public, the rooms in bad condition, televisions that do not serve and do not have a manager present to provide solution to the problem, I left my complaint in the claim book and never received a reply, would never return terrible attention in general.

Only for 2 night stay
The hotel is nice, a very good option to go as a family or as a couple. The buffet breakfast they offer is not complete (they should add ham or hotdog). Regarding the activities offered at the hotel, there should be a staff dedicated to entertainment. The calls that I make to guests through the microphone are not heard in the rooms. During my stay the power went out 4 times for short periods of less than 5 minutes. If there is hot water in the rooms, the pool is small but pleasant. The play area does need maintenance, rusty games, the hand football couldn't be played because the handles were broken and they came off every time you tried to play. The rooms are clean but due to the area there is a lot of mosquitoes and mosquitoes. The wifi is terrible, it does not reach the rooms and in the common areas where it should work well it does not work.

Comfortable and lovely
Nice open area, clean rooms, fan for the heat ... nice place! Still could hear the road noise through the walls but I think that’s the name of the game anywhere!
The matrimonial room had a very small bed so I recommend a ‘doble’ even for couples and you can always push them together if needed ;). Thankfully showers had hot water!

Worst stay ever
We have booked this hotel for Halloween to stay about 1 night, they didn't have hot water, the rooms were dusty, no AC at all, customer service was horrible, I wanted to shower and I had to wait until next day to be change to another room to take a warm shower. We will never stay in this hotel ever. NO WIFI in the rooms.
