Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

A very pleasant stay.

Great staff, good location, neat and reasonably well-maintained rooms, inside electric kettle, tea, instant coffee. An added bonus was the air conditioning, as it was hot.

Simply abject

This is simply my worst stay in a hotel, hair in the soup which moreover held more herbal tea given the quality of the mixing, room allocated before cleaning, my friend had to deal with bed bugs, mattress covers are torn, the hair dryer does not work, I almost killed myself in the bathtub which could not be hermeticized and which therefore only served as a shower whose knob had too high a pressure enough to soak all the bathroom, the bread of lunch was reheated in the microwave of the previous day, there was only soluble coffee undrinkable even tap water was not good, the insulation is cardboard, meal served cold or lukewarm, personal execrable, not a single smile, dismaying lack of politeness. In conclusion, they probably got their stars in a surprise pouch.

Horrible, wasted money, lie about intolerances so I've been starving for days

Local to avoid absolutely. They lie shamelessly about gluten intolerances: I asked several times if it was really gluten-free and they said yes while the food was the same as the others and they take us for fools. I've been cramping and fasting for days. And what's more, the staff is embarrassingly rude, they treat you like you're doing them a favor to come in, they tell you to ***** off you can't ask for anything. Pointing out hairs in the middle of the food they simply said to change plate with arrogance. Never again, wasted money.
Hairs in sheets, TV doesn't work, water irritating, other customers' stuff under the bed. The rest of the food is still bad, soup every day disgusting and they don’t even know what’s inside. At the reception instead very kind and helpful. You're just going to get the best sleep.
