Very well maintained with a lot of amazing amenities if you’re traveling with young kids. They have a play room that our 2 year old loved playing in. The hotel location is perfect for hopping on the train and getting into the city to eat and shop.

Need to improve cleanliness

Please make sure that prior to assign rooms an inspection is done, i dont need to see the hair of previous users In the bathroom. Also the electrical switched and TV remote control must be properly cleaned to make sure Hyatt standards are met.

Excellent Krakow hotel!

Terrific, Clean Hyatt Place. The best air conditioning I encountered in Europe!!! Fabulous Staff! Excellent Globalist recognition and delicious breakfast. Energetic, efficient and friendly staff! Thank you for a great stay!

Noice from AC and the hall was loud! Fitness was small and busy with only 1 bench. Otherwise top class hotel with great rooms.

Excellent stay in Krakow.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place Krakow.
The thing we appreciated most is definitely the staff: everyone very kind, helpful, and above all friendly. Always with a smile and ready to help you, which really makes the difference during a stay.
Very clean hotel, well-maintained rooms, and areas always in order. We also liked the food a lot, from breakfast
to the other meals eaten at the hotel.
We had a really good time and felt welcomed from the very first day. A hotel that we recommend without a doubt and where we would very gladly return.
