Absolutely amazing 10/10
Absolutely amazing apartment hotel.
Stayed from 20th to 24th April. We arrived later at night we were emailed self check in details, so straight forward and easy to get in. The room was huge, clean and very comfy. So close to the main square and was very quiet. The room had everything you needed and more. On our last day (today) our flight is later so we could securely store or luggage and gain self entry back in to collect. The only time I delt with a member of staff was in the morning to do this and she was lovely.
Cannot recommend here enough and we will be back.

Must Stay!!!
I can’t express enough how fantastic this location and accommodation were!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town main square, making it ideal for exploring.
The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and spotless. Easily one of the best-value places I’ve ever booked on a city break.
I’d 100% recommend staying here! Also thanks for the birthday stuff in the apartment!!

One of our best stays ever, with exceptional service and comfort.
Our two-night stay at the K4 Aparthotel was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. The staff deserves a special mention for their outstanding kindness and proactive service. Even before our trip, they contacted us about bed arrangements and offered to help with tour bookings.
We arrived by train, and the location was perfect – just a 10-minute walk from the main station. It's situated on a quiet street, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the Main Market Square. Upon arrival on a very hot day, the staff kindly let us check in two hours early. It was a wonderful welcome to walk into an apartment that was already cool with the air conditioning on, and they had left two bottles of water for us.
The apartment itself was huge, clean, and incredibly well-equipped, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, and even a bidet, which is a rare find. The staff was also extremely flexible. Since we had a very early start on one of the mornings and would miss the regular breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast bags for us the afternoon before, which included sandwiches, a wafer, juice, and an apple. The luggage storage in secure lockers after check-out was also very convenient.
If we were to look for any flaws, the only minor points would be the breakfast (served at the nearby Hotel Atrium), which was just average. With so many great cafés in the area, we'd probably skip it next time. Also, a tiny detail: the soap dispensers in the bathroom weren't labelled, so it wasn't clear what they were for. However, these were insignificant issues in an otherwise perfect stay. We highly recommend this aparthotel and would gladly return.

Fantastic aparthotel! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a handy kitchenette. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the centre. We’d definitely stay again. A washing machine would be a great addition for longer stays.

Highly recommend!!
It was absolutely one of the best hotel I ever stayed! Staff were super friendly and kind that even gave us recommendation for local food and restaurants without asking!! Very clean and spacious but super cozy room made us feels like at home! Great location that only 5 mins to the central station and shopping centre. Also most of the places were walk distance that we used public transportation only twice when we go to Schindler's factory and Wieliczka salt mine.
I highly recommend this lovely place if you are traveling to Krakow, guarantee that you have an amazing stay!!
