Excellent experience
Very clean and spacious apartment. In the bathroom there is a large shower and you will find dispensers with liquid soap for hands and body, but no shower cap; the hair dryer is not very powerful if you have long hair! In the kitchen area there is a kettle and a coffee machine and dishwasher with tablets and a dish towel. However, there are few utensils (dishes).
In the room you will also find comfortable robes. The mattress and the pillow are comfortable. The curtains are blackout. The only flaw, for those who are light sleepers, is the staff door near our room and a bit of noise that can be heard from the windows, even if closed. The location is very convenient, a central area for getting around. There is no elevator but if you need to stay on the first floor the staff is very kind. Both air conditioning and heating are present.

Excellent structure that deserves the stay.
Excellent location. You can reach any point in the city on foot. The room was very nice, with a well-equipped kitchenette including glasses, cups, cutlery for 2 people, various pots, a dishwasher, and induction cooktops. A kettle and a coffee machine with some capsules and tea/herbal tea bags with sugar are available. The bed was very comfortable and spacious for two people of average build. The bathroom is the right size with a spacious shower. Bathrobes and shower gel bottles are provided. Our room overlooked the street and was well soundproofed because we did not hear anything happening outside. We were on the first floor. The room had Wi-Fi and a large TV that we never turned on because we were not interested. We did not meet anyone to welcome us, but we had received a phone number to contact in case of need, and there was a sheet on the desk with contact information for any issues. The building is very beautiful and the staircase is very charming. I highly recommend this accommodation because it deserves it. We will definitely return.

Exceeded expectations
My sister and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was newly renovated, rooms contained a cook top, dishes, coffee maker, large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. It had a large TV, air conditioner, large bathroom with step in shower, and a keypad entry. The bed was very comfortable and had two separate comforters. Pillows, on the other hand, were not very comfortable. We did not see any other guests. There was no elevator. The room was quiet. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice structure but unprepared staff
Very nice and central hotel (behind the cathedral), so really convenient location for sightseeing. Good cleaning. No elevator, no staff on site and no luggage storage.
However, I am forced to leave only two stars (given exclusively for the good structure) for an episode that has deeply compromised our experience and that deserves to be told, so that other guests can choose with greater awareness.
While I was taking a shower, the glass in the box suddenly exploded, perhaps due to a temperature change or some microfracture already present, causing cuts (fortunately not serious). I was medicated by my doctor boyfriend, so I didn't have to go to the E.R. We immediately called the staff (not physically present in the structure) to ask for help but, in addition to the damage, also the mockery: not only the staff, arrived after an hour, did not show any empathy or willingness to help us, but indeed, we were also asked to repay the damage (in cash), incidentally assuming that the fault was ours.
An absurd and really unfair request, especially after what had happened and considering that we are fair and civilized people. Obviously there was not even the idea from the staff to refund us the terrible night we spent. So we were forced to change hotels (and pay for a new one), as in their opinion the room was no longer usable and there were no other rooms available where we could stay.
This kind of management, devoid of humanity and understanding, is unacceptable in a tourist accommodation, where the well-being and safety of guests should come first, especially in the event of accidents. In addition, a holiday is a time to relax and visit a new city in peace, which we were forbidden because of the stress and pressure that was imposed on us.
Basically, the structure is overall clean, well maintained and pleasant, but if an accident happens (which in my opinion should NOT happen, especially the explosion of a glass) do not expect support, presence or professionalism from the staff.

Fantastic Location
The location is awesome if you want to stay in the center of old Krakow. The room was spacious, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. I had a few minor concerns. The 'kitchen' was tiny and didn't include a microwave. There was no indication of how/where to take out garbage. And I didn't see another person during my entire stay. If you are not a self-sufficient traveler, this may not be a great choice. Also be warned, it's 58 stairs to the 2nd level and no elevator. Personally a non-issue for me but other's may have a problem with this. Overall I was very happy with this and would absolutely stay here again.
