Nice, clean rooms with good fixtures, linens, and beds. Convenient to walk to KUL and the old town. Pretty busy with big groups.
No AC in the rooms or business center in the lobby. Some front desk members were friendly while others were standoffish.

Not great

Comfortable beds, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The bathroom and room were noticeably dirty, which immediately left a bad impression. The carpets were heavily stained, giving the entire space a neglected, unclean feel. The toilets were filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. This level of hygiene is simply not acceptable.
To make matters worse, the room was absolutely freezing. The heating did not work at all, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature never improved. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially at night.
The bathrooms were particularly disappointing — dirty surfaces, visible stains, and an overall sense that the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The décor looked very old-fashioned and worn out, far from what you would expect from a place that should provide a basic standard of comfort and cleanliness.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the poor maintenance, and the broken heating made the experience extremely unpleasant. This stay did not meet even the minimum expectations. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

3 nights there, not once the room was cleaned despite our complain. And obviously no commercial gesture as well. There are plenty of other options, no need to stay here

Avoid if you want a drink or God forbid food

Unhappy staff who refuse to give service at the hotel bar. You need to go out for food and drink. Shocking . Apart from 1 staff member the others just don't seem to want to be there .
