Fantastic!

This is a magical place on Earth.
The hospitality is incredible and the food just as so. It is no exaggeration to say that nothing was missing in this hotel. Absolutely worth visiting.
Suitable for all ages.

Disappointment

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with 3 kids.There are no words to express our disappointment. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is a hostel,and should be priced accordingly.
There was no wifi in our cabin,neither phone to contact the reception.
The pillows did not deserved to be called pillows. The sheets,the towels visibly very old and worn out. There is no daily cleaning ,unless I specifically asked for this in a reception. Instead,cleaning ladies nocked on our door,waking us up at 8am,handling us towels,toilet paper and water bottels ( which we could not open since there was no bottle opener in our room).
No robes. No safe.
The smallest sink i have ever seen.There we barely enough space for the tooth brushes.
The path to the cabin had no clear trail, requiring us to walk through the woods over exposed tree roots with no lighting at night.
The pool is to small. The jacuzzi suitable for 3 people maximum.
The playing room for the kids is outdated. I did not even bothered to show it to my kid.
Breakfast barely had any pastries and there was no Nutella for the kids. Also, the food isn't really suited for non-locals.
They charge 35 pln forparking a day,even for parking across the road.
Besides the location, by rhe lake and the view,I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

More appearances than being - not again

We were accommodated in the annexe, to the main house and thus to breakfast it was several hundred meters to walk. The wifi was very weak and slow, the decor got old.
At night, the room above us was partying ...
In the restaurant it was not possible to get another side dish for the main course. The sundae came straight out of the freezer, so the glass sundae including the three balls.
I've never experienced either in a restaurant of this class.
The breakfast was good, there dedicated staff took care of it.

Severe parking problems. Room with low ceiling in places. Bumped my head several times. Inaccessible and small window. When I asked for an extra towel, the reaction of the lady at the reception was: “why?” And she drilled with questions … The walls are thin.
The food and the gym are very good

Overall a decent hotel stay . We had a great evening meal with good service and good breakfast. All was good until we checked out ! Again slow service at reception. There were 2 of us on 2 motorbikes and we had parked out of the way of car parking spaces to allow those with cars to use them … we had managed to park in an area where no car could park . I had requested a space when booking our stay and the literature accompanying the hotel detailed that parking was free if a prior request was made . So given that we didn’t take up a car parking space and I requested a space ….. the male receptionist insisted we paid to park despite my objections. He successfully managed to ensure we left with a bad experience from this hotel by this ridiculous action of insisting we paid to park ….. some training in customer service and decision making required.
Would not recommend this hotel as a result
