Great hotel for your money! Located conveniently in all respects, breakfast has everything you need, rooms are spacious. The staff is responsive.
The hope of the front desk told us where to eat and offered the best room option.

The photos posted of this hotel are definitely deceiving. First off, our room was so small and the bathroom even smaller! The toilet is a tiny room separated from the shower and without a sink. So one would have to do his business inside the toilet then take 10 steps to the shower to simply wash his hands. Also, my husband and I got only one pillow each that was very thin and looked like it has already lived a very long life. Lastly, the hairdryer is mounted on the bathroom wall so there is no way for you to share the bathroom until all your hair is done. Yes, generally, the hotel was clean but it definitely does not possess the basic comforts that a traveler needs.

We found the food in dinning room was not very good . The herring was dry. Main meal I could not eat also dry and tasteless The chef was not very polite. I would suggest hiring another chef . The other staff was very polite and professional.
. Also found the room was very small .

Top Notch Hotel in Warsaw!

Fantastic hotel, loved the service, location and rooms. Very comfortable, great breakfast and walking distance to key sights in Warsaw!

The interior decoration is a little bit overused, the washbasin and shower stall are not clean enough with yellowish dirt. The hotel is next to the main road so the noise from the motor bike or motor car can be heard clearly even after the midnight. The room with sofa bed option is definitely terrible and not recommended to the family travellers since the mattress of the sofa is just with 1.5inch thickness but the hotel said they can’t arrange extra mattress without reason. They finally provided additional two blankets but the bed is still too thin for sleeping. The lighting system design is weird that the lightings in the toilet can not be switched on/off independently, it must be connected to entire room lighting so mobile phone torch can only be used when we go toilet after mid-night.
