Excellent stay

Really nice place. Everything was perfect. Nice room with interesting 666 number and excellent food. I would like to thank to the entire staff we interact. They was super as it should be.
I would like to highlight and thanks to Magdalena Kilar for the excellent pre arrival asisstance. She even personally greet us during the checkin and wish a happy birthday to my wife.
We will definitelly come back again soon.

Amazing

The Launge manage Justina was amazing, always remembered me and I saw her helping. Family with activities to join. It is so nice to return and feel welcomed. I always love staying here

Magnificent Stay!

We had an amazing experience at
Sheraton Grand Warsaw. We stayed 6 nights in Warsaw and used our NUAs for the Corner Executive Suite for the 1st 5 and it was granted. The room was impeccable and huge (800 square ft) with magnificent views of the city. They also added a complimentary rollaway bed for our daughter. It included the Club Lounge and buffet breakfast for the 3 of us.
One of the best CLs in the world.
The most friendly service by all employees all around. We also want to give a warm recognition to all the employees at the CL in Warsaw, just superb in every way possible. We loved everything about the hotel. Great value!

Amazing experience

Checked in for a weekend break for a very special occasion, both my wife and I are 60 this year so I booked this hotel as a complete surprise for her. I explained the purpose of our visit to the hotel and they gave us an unforgettable experience. We met a charming young man on reception, Stanislaw, who completely went above and beyond for us during our stay and made it so special. We had drinks in the bar and also the most delicious food in the hotel too , cooked to perfection with generous portions, we asked our brilliant waitress to pass on our compliments to the chef as it was so good. We will definitely return and would honestly say it’s the best hotel that we have stayed in . Thank you to all at The Sheraton Grand Warsaw.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located and we loved everything about it, the staff, the amenities, the decorations, the rooms, the beds, etc. We have a hard time finding something we did not like.
Warsaw is beautiful as well.
