Beautiful Modern Hotel in an Excellent Wrocław Location

My spouse and I stayed at the Cyrus Hotel in Wrocław for 9 days during a business trip, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and felt very new and thoughtfully designed. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the owner, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming.
We stayed in a corner room overlooking the alley and river, which gave the room a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nicely designed, and the accommodations overall felt upscale while still being comfortable for a longer stay.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to walk into the city center and enjoy everything Wrocław has to offer.
The only small negative during our stay happened in the lounge area near the end of the trip. My spouse briefly crossed his feet onto the leather chair while we were sitting there and was immediately asked to remove them. While we completely understand respecting the furniture, the interaction came across a bit abrupt and less warm than the rest of the service we experienced during our stay.
That aside, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend the hotel to others visiting Wrocław for business or leisure.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel is located right next to the city center. In a few minutes you are in the middle of the market square. It is also not far to the university or Cathedral Island. If you want to travel by public transport (it is quite a bit to the zoo or the Centennial Hall) you can get on the bus or tram around the corner. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. For breakfast you can order freshly prepared omelette.
Why I didn't award five stars: the room doors are poorly adjusted. They fall very loudly into the castle, which is not nice for late risers or early risers.

The Perfect Hotel

A truly fantastic hotel in the center of Wrocław. The room amenities, staff, breakfast, and interior design couldn’t be better. The staff speaks excellent English and was very helpful. A genuine 5-star hotel. The value for money is excellent.

Great place to stay - nice and professional staff. Beautiful room with very comfortable beds.
Excellent breakfast with a fresh buffet and tasty pastry - don’t miss the menu with the avocado toast.
In short -a great place to stay when you’re not home.
