Really enjoyed my stay here
The room was cosy with large balcony. The complimentary local drink was highly appreciated.
I liked that it was close to everything, yet a bit away from the crazy main street.

Great location and friendly staff, but worn-out rooms, limited parking, and poor breakfast service.
While the location and staff were positives, several aspects of the stay did not meet expectations. Parking is extremely limited. For guests unfamiliar with the area, finding alternative parking can be stressful and time-consuming.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. The dining area was small and often overcrowded, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The selection of food was limited, and items were not replenished unless requested, which detracted from the overall experience.
Although the rooms have clearly undergone renovation in the past, they already show significant signs of wear and tear. Scratched walls, mold on the bathroom door, and a lack of storage space for clothes made the rooms feel poorly maintained. The bed was positioned against a cold wall, and the mattresses were too soft, leading to an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
Additional inconveniences included a non-functioning TV remote, rendering the TV unusable, and the absence of an elevator, which made carrying luggage up the stairs particularly challenging.
Willa Mak Residence offers an excellent location and friendly staff, but it falls short in comfort and maintenance. Despite having renovated rooms, visible signs of damage and wear, combined with limited parking, a small and poorly managed breakfast service, and no elevator, make it less than ideal for a relaxing stay. It may appeal to travelers prioritizing location, but others may find it lacking in convenience and upkeep.

A lovely, interior designed aparthotel conveniently located.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything feels very clean and new. This establishment has been operating since December 2022, hence why everything has a new feel about it.
Our room had a convenient sink and kettle area, with water and tea and coffee provided. There were side tables and a comfortable armchair and air conditioning. Our bathroom was tastefully decorated too. In the other two rooms that our family stayed in, the water from the shower wasn't contained enough and was spilling out into the main area. However, we reported this to reception and we have a good feeling that they will deal with this. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well insulated, so there was little noise to be heard from outside.
There is piped music in the communal hallways and we got used to this very quickly.
Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold dishes - and perfectly adequate for our morning meal.
All in all a lovely, small place, with beautiful interior design, which we would happily return to again. We can only imagine how cosy this place would be in the winter months.
Would definitely recommend!
