Beautiful place

I don't know where to start ... because everything was great.
The last time we visited this hotel with the family was 2 years ago and a lot has changed since then.
The hotel has undergone a metamorphosis: it is beautiful. The food as always very good, great selection (breakfast and dinner buffet), and delicious a la carte dishes.
We all loved the afternoons in the pool and the spa/sauna.
Children took part in skiing lessons and evening animation for children (great break for parents:))
The staff, as always is lovely and always very polite and helpful.
Thank you for the lovely time…by the way the kids would love to stay there forever.

TERRIBLE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

My friends wanted to surprise me with a birthday wellness weekend getaway. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception so we had to find someone. The receptionist was really nice but not able to speak English, but we understood each other so that was okay.
We arrived in the afternoon, checked in, spent some time in spa and booked some massages and in the evening we went to the restaurant for a birthday dinner.
When we arrived, young lady told us we only have 3 minutes to order and I told her we know what we want but she left and came back in a while to take the order. She came back several minutes later saying that kitchen is closed but we can still order some salads. SO WE DID ORDER some basic salads instead of pasta and some chicken. You can imagine how disappointed we were. While we were “enjoying” our dinner, another lady approached our table saying we only have 3 minutes to finish our dinner cause restaurant closes now. (I’m not gonna mention that none of the ladies was able to speak English AGAIN) I couldn’t believe someone treat their hotel hosts like this!!!! So we took our plates by ourselfs and went to finish it to the hall where we found some table with sofas.
We were very disappointed and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
We were so shocked with the staff behaviour cause we’re visiting Polish wellness spa a few times in a year and we were always so satisfied and always looking forward for another trip…

An excellent 3 star Hotel

Hotel is situated in the edge of the village. rooms are large and clean and the staff is welcoming and accommodating . For a three star property the experience was excellent . In addition they have nice indoor pool , jacuzzi and other spa services . i will be back.

Good, comfortable option

We had one night here when coming to walk Babia Gora. We stayed in the villa. Small room but very comfortable and quiet. Not much knee room when using the toilet but everything else was fine. There was a good choice at breakfast and they offered packed lunches although we didn't ask for these.
All the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. Check in and check out were quick and easy and, for the price, this was a very good choice.

Nice setting and pool

You tell that time is starting to take it’s toll on this place, but you cannot take away it’s nice tranquil setting in a hillside suburb. Pool area is still very nice and so is the dinner terrace. Breakfast is average.
