My stay at the Ola Boutique was absolutely amazing. The staff was very accommodating to our every need and request. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Customer service provided by Elliott and the staff was phenomenal. I truly enjoyed Elliott's courtesy, recommendations, kindness, professionalism and hospitality. Elliott gave us insight on Puerto Rico's rich history and culture. I wish I could have spent more time in Puerto Rico just due to the service at the beautiful hotel. The vibe from the bar and outside lounge was definitely on point. Our rooms were cleaned promptly and we appreciated having access to cold water, tasty coffee and a variety of sodas and adult drinks. My hope is to return to Puerto Rico. And when I do, my first choice of lodging will be the Ola Boutique. If Elliott and the current staff are still employed there, that will definitely be an additional bonus to our stay.

This hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We were greeted by the owner and had drinks from the bar on the first night, which was nice because we didn’t receive our free bottle of wine as advertised for “VIP Access”. The issue I have is they charged us $100 for incidentals. I was told it was only a temporary hold since I had already paid in full, but it would be returned after we checked out. After my husband and I checked out, the hold was not released. We were charged $100. I’ve tried contacting the hotel several times about this, and I have yet to receive a response.

I must admit I really enjoyed myself stay. From the moment I stepped foot on the property , the welcoming was great. Thank You So Much To The Staff and Extra Thanks To Chris, Elliott, And Yalexis they were amazing towards tour hospitality. I was giving great recommendations on places to see, things to try and do. I was sad my vacation had to come to an end but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much

The staff was helpful. It was clean. No so good when I checked out early and gave the lady in the bar my room key cards . They denied my refund because I didn't checked out with the normal process. Oh well no one was at the desk as there are very fewer staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. They advertise having a full spa, which was a major reason I booked here. Upon arrival, I discovered that there is no spa on-site at all. Instead, they casually refer guests to some spa in the city that has no connection to the hotel. This is blatant false advertising. I felt misled and frustrated, as I specifically chose this hotel expecting to unwind at a spa without having to leave the property. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One star!
