Totally uncaring owner - beware
Lucy was the only professional and helpful person — kind, empathetic, and genuinely trying to help. Unfortunately, her efforts were in total contrast to her boss/owner, who never contacted us, even after 4 days, despite promising to do so the next day. We followed up repeatedly and were ignored, showing a complete lack of responsibility and concern.
