Great hotel 3 stars

Great hotel. Great location. Food is good, not extremely extensive but what there is was very tasty. I'd like to see some more gluten-free options. In addition, the regular products not next to the gluten-free products because of cross-contamination. Not a single gluten-free dessert can be found, not even the ice cream. Just fruit every day. Oh, that's good. But some variety would have been nice. Otherwise everything well clean and nice pools and nice on the beach.

Very well located.

The hotel is very well located by the sea. It can be accessed directly via a small path. The pool with a sea view is pleasant and has plenty of lounge chairs.
The dining and entertainment area is located at the bottom of the complex by the pool. This allows us not to be disturbed by noise when we are in the rooms.
I truly appreciated being able to enjoy the tranquility in this hotel while having entertainment and the sea nearby.
The entire staff is very pleasant, friendly, available, and helpful.
Certainly, the bathroom could use a little refresh and better quality fixtures, but since we do not stay in a bathroom, it is acceptable.
The breakfast buffet is very rich, varied, and well-stocked. There is a Portuguese restaurant three minutes on foot from the hotel restaurant, which is very nice for variety.
The hotel is also close to the nightlife, which is very vibrant in this area without having the drawbacks.
Free shuttles take us to and from the old town, which is also very pleasant for visiting.
A deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. If you pay by credit card, it will be refunded to the card. It has been four days since I left the hotel and the refund still does not appear on my account: insist on paying the deposit in cash and that it be returned to you upon departure.

Don't come to this hotel
Waited all day for a room all thay say is check in a 3pm
12 other people came in after me and got rooms right away
The place is old and wore out
When i got a room well safety deposit box broken bath dirty
Door you see throw
Wouldn't rate this place at all

Nothing to complain about here!

We had a lovely stay here.
The food was lovely, plenty of choice all day long on all inclusive.
Nice size outdoor pool with music playing and a nice small indoor pool which was ideal for teaching my son to swim and to take him to when the pool activities were on if he wasn't wanting to take part.
The room service was good and we had a quick check in.
Location was second to none with a short cut to the beach and also the gardens were well kept.
Room size was perfect with a good balcony size with two chairs and cloths hanger
The only thing is that the rooms where dated but I wouldn't say it was an issue as a already stated they where a good size with comfortable beds.

Good days

This was the third year we visited the Auramar and as always we are very satisfied.
In Albufeira this will always be your chosen accommodation.
