Not my choice, pretty massive

Big hotel. Reception not great, came around later. Car to park on p-place at hotel, reservation not possible, full is full. Lift capacity in morning is little, long wait to get to bg from 10th for breakfast. Breakfast buffet basic, but fairly okay. Orange juice is either too strong or too watery, tea tastes like chlorine. Big noisy hall.

Incredibly bad hotel.

The hotel is good if you are looking for a simple overnight stay. We had it for 2 weeks with 2 people. In the room, there was only 1 small closet, which is sufficient for 1 person and 1 week, and we had to live out of the suitcase.
The safe is very small and costs extra. Additionally, we had mold in the room.
If you order something extra with the meal, you must pay for it immediately. Every time, with every order.

Es scheint, als ob Sie das Bedürfnis haben, Ihre Meinung auf allen Bewertungsplattformen kundzutun, und wir verstehen Ihre Kritikpunkte nach wie vor nicht. Vor allem, und das ist der erste Punkt, der uns beschäftigt: Wenn es Ihnen so schlecht geht, warum haben Sie Ihren Aufenthalt dann verlängert? Sie waren sogar verärgert darüber, dass Sie Ihr Zimmer wechseln mussten … das können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wie wir Ihnen bereits auf der anderen Plattform mitgeteilt und in Ihrer Bewertung geantwortet haben, hatten Sie das einfachste Zimmer und Paket gebucht. Wenn Sie mehr Platz gewünscht hätten, wären Ihnen andere Zimmerkategorien – Superior oder Deluxe – zur Verfügung gestanden. Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger, aber schlechte Bewertungen tragen nicht zur Verbesserung der Situation bei. Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Disappointment

Hotel quite far from being 4 stars.
We arrived on day 17 and today it is 19 and the room was not cleaned, just made the bed.
Today is my birthday and that of my sister and they left no message in the room, I work in a competing hotel and every birthday we leave a baby in the room.
We got to the room and we had the chargers broken, the housekeeping dragged the beds and didn't even guarantee if there was anything in the sockets.
When we got to the TV was not working, we asked for help and the answer was “we don’t have the maintenance available right now.” I had to call my boyfriend and he managed to get the TV running remotely.
The restaurant service was quite good, both breakfast and dinner were quite friendly. Just like the reception colleagues.
Negative aspect is only the variety of food, the buffet is even very small.
Bath looks like an abandoned house, the shower is super old and looks like the Chinese shop.
A room with 3 beds only has 2 sockets to charge the phones.
In general, although the staff are quite friendly the price-quality ratio is not satisfactory. Find better hotels.

We appreciate your publication and evaluation, which we undoubtedly reiterate the exact same reply on the other publication, which we are reposting without changing a word. The response – your resentment and your evaluation and comments while you are still a guest at our hotel – allow us, in a modest way, to say that, while we are sharing observations digitally among colleagues as you claimd to be, we regret your attitude, but we undoubtedly regret even more your comments, which clearly border on resentment, perhaps because the usual "little treats" on your birthdays were not considered (which are usually given at the end of the day, but after this...) and, on the other hand, raise many doubts about the rest. Now, regarding the chargers, and based on the evidence we also now have, we regret that nothing indicates any breakage or damage to your 3 items (by the way, there are 5 sockets available in your room... 7 if we consider those already in use where the TV and minibar are plugged in...)! Regarding the cleanliness, this was also observed and inspected, albeit with considerable difficulty given the state of disarray of the room... the cleaning was undoubtedly done on February 18th, as obviously there is no cleaning on the day of arrival, and yesterday, February 19th, the entire room was also cleaned, including changing the bed linens, a procedure that we know your hotel group does not perform with this frequency. We find it absurd, to say the least, that the TV issue was resolved with external help when the evidence of its "non-functioning," as shown by the now available recording (smart TV and possible event reading), indicates that it was not due to a fault in the equipment but rather to incorrect handling of the remote control! Finally, once again, we regret that these observations are being reflected in this way and not reported to our team for verification, again, within the principal of mutual colleague respect....as we have unfortunately know of this way..... We wish you a further very pleasant stay.

Lack of hygiene, poor service.

The hotel was selected by an organizer as part of a hiking trip. The reception was very unfriendly. The room was moldy, room service only came 3 times during these 7 nights, we had to beg for towels, and we even bought our own toilet paper. The food was average, but it seemed that leftovers from previous days were offered in the colorful salads in the evening. For example, there was once breaded fish, which the next day was served with soggy breading in the salad. In the area of the swimming pool, next to the restaurant, there were countless dead cockroaches on the floor. The drinking water was heavily chlorinated. For the advertised 4 stars, I expected something different.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, deren falscher Inhalt uns sehr überrascht und die offensichtlich in böser Absicht verfasst wurde! Es ist inakzeptabel, dass Sie solche Unwahrheiten behaupten. Um Handtücher betteln? Das ist unzulässig und entspricht nicht der Wahrheit! Wenn Sie keine Handtücher in der Badewanne hinterlassen haben, werden diese – wie Ihnen mitgeteilt wurde – nicht gewechselt. Wir sind uns jedoch sicher, dass dies der Fall war und Sie gemäß dieser internationalen Vorgehensweise keine Handtücher hinterlassen haben. Wir bieten jedoch einen späten Reinigungsservice an, den Sie einfach anfordern mussten. Zu behaupten, Sie hätten um Handtücher gebettelt, deutet darauf hin, dass Sie die gut lesbaren deutschen Informationen in Ihrem Zimmer lesen sollten. Dass Ihr Zimmer nur dreimal gereinigt wurde? Absolut falsch! Laut Zimmerbericht wurde Ihr Zimmer täglich gereinigt und die gesamte Bettwäsche zweimal während Ihres Aufenthalts gewechselt – am 30.05. und am 02.06.! Sie mussten Toilettenpapier kaufen? Ist das Ihr Ernst? Sie und alle anderen Reisenden dieser Gruppe haben lokale Unterstützung und Reiseleiter, und all dies wurde nie gemeldet? Und Sie haben sich nie bei uns beschwert? Wir haben nicht einmal eine Nachricht von Ihnen erhalten, dass Sie jemals mit uns gesprochen haben! Wirklich? Das ist unehrlich und bösartig, denn wir sind aus gutem Grund verärgert (wir sind sicher, es liegt an Ihrem gebuchten Basispaket...). Wie soll man denn Essensreste für den nächsten Tag verwenden, wenn wir täglich Themenabende und kulinarische Erlebnisse bieten? Wie soll man mexikanisches Essen als Rest für den nächsten Grillabend verwenden? Und wie soll man Grillreste am nächsten Tag für einen asiatischen Abend verwenden? Und so weiter und so fort! Solche unsinnigen Bemerkungen machen unsere Beobachtungen einfach nur lächerlich. Und schließlich: Wenn es Ihnen wirklich so schlecht ginge, würden Sie dann nichts sagen? Dann verstehen wir, dass dies Ihr Lebensstandard ist und daher kein Problem darstellt. Ansonsten würde jeder vernünftige Mensch, der unzufrieden ist, seine Unzufriedenheit äußern und Lösungen erwarten! Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch.

To be avoided.

If you have the choice, stay at home. In the restaurant, the food is very, very, very average, and the outdoor tables are very limited in number. The rooms are old and worn, just like the armchairs that furnish them, which are damaged. Two elevators (4 people) for 11 floors with 16 rooms; imagine the bottlenecks, worse than the ring road. During the World Cup, there was no screen to broadcast even when Portugal plays. The bar is there without really being there. The staff (not all) are not very friendly. In conclusion, especially do not go there.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, liée bien sûr à la chambre réservée. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous ayez apprécié le léger surclassement par rapport à la chambre et à la formule les plus basiques. Il est vrai que certains points nous semblent incohérents. Comme partout, si une zone est complète, comment expliquer que les quelque 60 places disponibles en terrasse soient réservées ? Vous auriez peut-être dû arriver plus tôt ou réserver une table, comme le font la plupart des clients. Concernant la télévision, nous sommes très surpris, d'autant plus que votre réunion d'agence se déroulait justement dans cette chambre, équipée d'un téléviseur, pour suivre les matchs, surtout que nous avions réservé Sport TV à cet effet. Vous auriez peut-être dû, comme la plupart des clients, vous adresser à la réception ou à un membre de notre équipe. Quant aux autres points, qui nous semblent incohérents, nous ne ferons aucun commentaire. Merci en tout cas pour votre visite.
