Outstanding stay

We travelled to Braga for a wedding and have just returned from a wonderful four-night stay at The Lince. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the food was outstanding.
From the moment we arrived on 18th June, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The location was perfect for our needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.
Using the spa the day after the wedding was the perfect way to relax. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We will definitely be returning later this year, as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Absolutely superb in every way!

Horrible experience

My experience at The Lince Braga was far below expectations, mainly due to the service provided by collaborator Margarida. Unfortunately, he showed little sympathy, lack of willingness to help and an unprofessional posture, which ended up impeding the stay.
It's a pity, because the hotel facilities are good, but the customer service makes all the difference. I hope that the management will pay attention to this type of situations and invest in the formation of the team, so that future guests have a more pleasant experience.

Amazing and helpful staff, Diego was excellent. Clean rooms, pool all cleaned. Well maintained hotels.

We had such a lovely time at The Lince Braga.
It’s clean, comfortable and the staff are all amazing, and their professionalism shows. We hardly ever return to any hotel and we travel a lot, but we will return to this beautiful hotel very soon.
