2nd visit and still want to come back!
5! I went back to Casa OUTEIRO 99 this year to attend the Paredes de Coura Festival, and it was just great! The atmosphere of the festival was incredible, with talented artists and a top organization. After busy days, it was a real pleasure to find the comfort and tranquility of Casa OUTEIRO 99. The house is always impeccable, perfectly equipped, and the welcome is warm as always. An ideal place to enjoy the festival while having a haven of peace to recharge. I highly recommend!

Huge disappointment and rip off
This home was 12 or more kilometers from Parades de Coura, when booked it said 0.7km. We are Doing the Camino de Santiago and needed lodging for one night after a very difficult day of hiking. Between a friend and ourselves it cos 60 euros in cab fare to get to and from! Once there there was no heat and we were very cold, shower so hot it would scald your skin, coffee maker did not work,
NO RESTAURANTS OR STORES even remotely close by for food. We were harassed mercilessly for 23 euros after leaving for drinking 1 beer, tiny
(bad) bottle of wine and a tiny Pringles of perhaps 10-12 chips. Buyer beware!

Location: Our property, Casa Outeiro, is situated in the city of Paredes de Coura and is just 1km from the town center. Your claim of being 12km away is factually incorrect and misleading.
Taxi Fare: We can't control your transportation choices. The distance to our location is as described, and public transport is an alternative for those who find the Camino challenging.
Facilities: Our amenities are designed to make guests comfortable. Issues with heating or the coffee maker could have been easily resolved with a quick word to our staff.
Proximity to Food and Shops: Contrary to your claims that there are no restaurants or stores nearby, our property is conveniently located with various dining and shopping options within walking distance. All it takes is stepping outside the house to access these amenities.
Minibar Charges: The minibar is optional. Leaving without settling your bill is considered theft under Portuguese law, and actions are being taken accordingly.
Booking.com's Involvement: Your comments have been removed from Booking.com due to violation of their terms and your disrespectful conduct towards our staff, which should be an indication to others about the credibility of your review.
Conduct: Your behavior towards our team was inappropriate, which is not acceptable under any circumstances.
Given these issues, we can no longer welcome you to our property, and we wouldn't recommend you to other hosts. Our relationship with our guests is based on mutual respect and honesty, and it's clear this was not reciprocated in this instance.

Séjour incroyable rien a dire comme sur les photos, propreté au top, réponse rapide en cas de problème. Je recommande a 100%. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine a coup sur.

L'ambiance était chaleureuse et l'accueil était vraiment attentionné. Les chambres étaient confortables et décorées avec goût. De plus, la vue panoramique sur les environs était à couper le souffle. Je recommande cet endroit charmant pour une escapade relaxante.
