Very central and with blurred view

It was an optimal option to stay several days in São Miguel. Spacious and quite complete apartment. And it is indeed well located.

Very good week of discovery

Apartment very bright, spacious very well located, clean, well equipped, very nice view in front of the port. Convenient car rental to discover beautiful circuits. Shops at the bottom of the residence.

We always return.

This was our 4th time staying here and we would continue to return. We have used the 2 bdrm and 1 bdrm units. Both are great, very clean and spacious and offer everything we need to feel comfortable. The location is also perfect. The staff are wonderful, very helpful, responsive and kind. Senhora Beatriz has been our main contact for each trip and each time she is so kind and wonderful. We recommended this location to family who also stayed and loved it. We are planning for our 5th stay. Highly recommended. G&M

Solmar great holiday

We went with family one two bedroom and a studio. Beatriice gave excellent service to all of us. We came in early morning and didn’t have to wait to get in our rooms. Great location in the centre of Ponte Delgado close to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, swimming pool or ocean swimming. Very clean and safe excellent vacation spot.

Clean & cosy hotel inside a shopping mall

Very clean and nice hotel room next to sea, with balcony. The views to the marina were beautiful, and it was a walking distance to everywhere in Ponta Delgada. The area is quite buzy since there are some bars right downstairs, and there's some noice during weekends. Nothing too bad.
The kitchen had everything one could need; pots and pans, plates and cutlery, mugs and glasses. There was a supermarket and farmer's market nearby, so very easy to buy stuff to cook. The room also has a wahsing mashine for clothes. There was also a pile of maps and guides in the room, whick was a very nice touch. The wi-fi also worked well.
Interesting thing is that this hotel is located inside a shopping mall. The reception is open only mon-fri at office times, but at other times the mall's security guard is there to help you with check in and check out. The room isn't cleaned daily, but I don't think that is a problem.
There's a heat pump in the room with options for heating or aircondition. Not too many hotels have heating, so it's a very nice thing to have, especially during off-season when the nights are a bit colder!
