This is one of the best B&B in Portimão!

Great value and location❣️With 4€ the UBER will take you to the closest beach.
The hosts were AMAZING
And the B&B was super clean, did not saw any insects, spider webs, cockroaches (I dislike all of that)
This was the first place we stayed during our little tour and we were super happy we chose this B&B
We stayed at the “chives” room which was perfect for our family of 4.
Totally recommend!

Also worst expirience - Freezing and no quality for a B&B - boutique not at all !

7-8 degrees in breakfast room with no heating at all in march 2022. House ice cold. We were only guests. Kitchen and all other rooms closed and owners only to be contacted by whatsapp.. Atmosphere terrible like a ghost house. Offered us to get wood for 50 Euros ! for 5 days were I can light the fire myself (.-))) and we can use the living room from 6 pm to 10 pm ! Breakfast with the most terrible coffee ever and very poorly quality overall. Only positiv is that they provided gluten free bread as I asked beforehand. The shower was broken and there you "cooked" yourself with 50 degrees - so we had to shower in the next room were you had to walk through an ice cold corridor. Without extra heathers (which I asked for before arrival) in the room we would have left immediately. As my elderly mother was with us (which he knew from the beginning) it was a terrible experience. As she became ill I could not move her again to another place unfortunately and we survived a few days at the end as payment was up front anyway. As she complained about the cold the owner said she should wear a cashmere pullover... super host ! It was really a pitty as in the beginning the couple seemed really very nice and I was shocked when we arrived there. Also the pictures are completely different from the house - good fotografer but has nothing to do as it is in reality. I personally would not at all recommend it. Also a B&B which does not heat the eating room and expects people to freeze unless they pay extra (even with a old woman with them and us sitting there with coats at the table) is sorry not to recommend at all ! I know Portugal is cold in March but if you rent out rooms like this this is a no go !

In March during the coldest and wettest time of the year: you take your 84 year old mother, who seemed to be very ill and in awful pain. She was actually the most friendly and polite person if the entire group. She was dressed in a cotton trousers and summer cloths. we had offered you the lounge wit the open fire, which we normally don't; but as a friendly gesture as you seemed to be only guests anyway. Obviously the logs for the fire can not come for free, especially during the winter at reduced price. Why do you think we rent out this room at 275 euro per night during the summer? you only paid around 60€ including good heating in your room. You had a great lovely breakfast each morning, included in your room rate, values between 7,50 and 12,50 per person, total 30 euro. Please remember it is not our fault that you were the only guests during the worst period of the year, when most hotels are closed!!! There are always miserable guests, but we try to make each and every miserable guest happy, as we note in all the reviews during the years we have been spared by most and see only lovely, grateful, enthusiastic, polite and happy reviews. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They ruined our stay there.
It's not a B&B. It's a private home with some rooms to rent.
Owner sent me am email some minutes before arriving saying breakfast cannot be served due to covid (although it was already paid), but he didn't provide any alternative. Only offering to pay us 20€ for all 4 days 2 people breakfast, knowing it's impossible having breakfast in Portimao for that price. Furthermore, they recommend a place where breakfast costs even more! I provide the first breakfast bill and they refused to pay because it was more than 5€. Anyway, they didn't provide us the amount promised. Fortunately I made the reservation with an OTA that refunded me in one minute.
Then the owner started harassing me via WhatsApp. Very unprofessional. They consider hosting as "you are in my house, so this are my rules" instead of running the business as a hosting business.
Furthermore, the place is far 2km away from everything: no where to dinner, breakfast, shop, anything. You need the car for everything.

Lovely B&B in Portimao

Booked 10 days at this B&B. Owners are very friendly and approachable. The property is based in a residential area away from the main road. Breakfasts were great, something for everyone and plenty to be had. Special requests were not a problem. Room was lovely and very clean and very big. Terrace was huge with lovely views. Top terrace had even better views. Pool was cleaned every day. Several areas to sit outside. Key code entry for gates so no worries about being locked out late at night. Walking distance to Portimao, Praia du Vau and Continente Shopping but the buses are good value too and taxi ranks are not far away and are reasonable. All in all pretty good value for money. Teeny criticism, the room would have been even better if there was a small desk, maybe, and a couple of loungers for that huge terrace :o)
Recommend and would certainly consider returning if visiting Portimao again.

Beautiful Boutique B&B

Had the privilege of staying here with family. Robert and Agi are amazing hosts and have an equally amazing (boutique) B&B. Accommodation was lovely, well kept and the breakfast was spot on! Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are so comfortable too. There is an outdoor space with a swimming pool.
Having never visited the area it was great that the hosts are very knowledgeable of the local area and recommended some great places to see and places to eat out too. Thank you for looking after us so well.
