I recommend imensoo
2 experience was in May 2025 until the date I became my home customer an experience to repeat I returned in June 2025 in February 2026 and in April 2026 and will be back next month ! An experience always repeating a cosy place , super friendly service and willing to everything 5 stars , nothing pointing to the super super comfortable super good gives the feeling of home ! to date without any mistake to comment everything very good as it is used to always say faithful to the house and I will be up when God allows

Deceiving, not to repeat
Despite the good location, the experience of the stay was extremely disappointing and left me with a feeling of insecurity and discomfort.
Right upon arrival we realized that the apartment did not include basic things: there were no garbage bags, toilet paper was only provided on request and did not want to change the bath towels before the 4th day. In the kitchen, there was not even a toaster, nor dish soap. There's a dishwasher and laundry machine, but no detergent to use them. All furniture needs to be replaced and kitchen utensils are in a bad state — rust knives and other broken utensils that require immediate replacement.
Things got worse when we found two cockroaches in the room.
During the stay, a group of about 20 people arrived, which turned out to be extremely noisy: they placed columns with loud music, did karaoke in the pool and left beer bottles everywhere. The pool area was already poorly cared for (with many beats on the floor), but it was even more degraded. When complaining at the Welcoming, the answer was that we weren’t the only ones complaining, but that the situation was “authorized by the management.” Does management authorize such disrespect to other guests?
The result was an uncomfortable, noisy stay and nothing relaxing. I felt insecure on site and completely undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I do not recommend the Golden Paradise to those looking for rest and quality in Porto Santo.

I recommend
In family, 2 apartments, 1 T1 and 1 T2, complete with clothes and kitchen utensils. Staff very attentive to the needs of guests, with immediate resolution of requests and facilitators. Minimarketed by leaving the door. Beach, next to the Bar do Henrique, 200 or 300 meters away. A 1 Km do centro de Vila Baleira. It was an extraordinary holiday.

Late Summer Family Getaway
Stayed at one of the top floors with the BBQ and terrace. The BBQ came in very handy and being able to cook in the apartment saved us a lot of money. It was very clean apart from some sand on the floor of one of the rooms. It was spacious enough were we to host a small family dinner. Sadly most of the facilities were closed, but we were really there for the beach, which was only a minute by car! Would have given it 5 stars but the sofa-bed was awful as a sofa and even worse as a bed!

Lovely place
We where last year for a small break and we came back to same place and the service was good as always clean friendly good location will be back next year again enjoy the outside pool and near to the beach
