A few things I felt could be improved: the lack of beach towels (this surprised me and I wasn't prepared for it, as I've received beach towels at all stays in Portugal); general lack of towels (there are 2 towels provided per person and they are VERY small); the breakfast choices (the breakfast felt a bit "lacking" compared to all other villas/hotels I visited in Portugal, and I personally didn't have much choice there and ate breakfast outside);
Also, another detail that made me feel uncomfortable was the one of the ladies working there was ill one of the days, and was helping around the kitchen coughing. I really did not feel at ease with that situation at all, as I really would not want to catch a virus on a holiday!

The location was convenient—close enough to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but tucked away just enough to feel quiet and secluded. The host was responsive and friendly, offering helpful local tips and ensuring our stay went smoothly.
Overall, Villa Galega was a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic vacation spot.

High-end B&B
It is a small structure, very new, very central, clean, tidy, fragrant, welcoming.
The rooms are brand new and cozy, local style that reminds you of the ocean beaches.
The house is run in an exemplary way by Alexandra, a lady of a courtesy and elegance of yesteryear, a smile and an admirable availability.
He pampered and welcomed us as you no longer expect, with grace, discretion and professionalism.
I hope one day to return to Santa Cruz to stay again at Villa Galega.
Congratulations to the property but especially to Alexandra for everything.
