Absolutely recommendable! Friendly & helpful
I can only recommend Veni Apartments!! They are incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating and above all flexible! There are suitable apartments for small and larger wallets!
Don't forget they are apartment rooms and not a classic hotel!
EQUIPMENT:
The rooms are large, have TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, small kitchen or cooking facilities, fridge, sofa.
Especially for workers and people who like to prepare their own food this is great!
But there are also small rooms 10m2 at an unbeatable price! Value for money is unbeatable compared to other accommodation in Graz!
PERSONAL:
The housekeeping is very effortful, friendly and always has a smile left.
I covered myself with coffee and spilled something on the corridor on the tiles. The cleaner didn't let me mop it up myself. She was immediately on hand with the mop u even gave me shawls for my coat! She was very understanding u had a smile left for me because I felt bad.
There are accommodations where you get cut up for it, they just go.
All are very helpful and try to help where they can if you extend the occupancy but is high, they still find an uncomplicated solution if possible!
Checking in & out is very easy. You get everything you need for information on your phone. Thus, a check in is also possible at night.
ENVIRONMENT:
Below the apartments you will find a Turkish barbecue house that offers very good cuisine. There's also a barber next door. A few meters away you will find a jet gas station where you can get fresh coffee at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. Also an Interspar Mall is within walking distance 3min. There you will find, Pagro, DM, plaster shop, a restaurant, traffic, ATM and the Interspar.
Nearby excursion destinations include Lake Thalersee, the Schwarzenegger Museum (ex Gov. & Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger's home and parents' home). Beautiful hiking and walking trails in the countryside. A golf course is near Lake Thalersee. Everything accessible by bus.
Likewise, you are by public transport, the bus that leaves Right outside the front door, within 10min in the city center u in 5min at the train station.
CONCLUSION:
Of course, it is not a classic hotel, so you must not have any ideas about it. The review that has complained about the bed linen may have its justification because it is not a classic thick hotel linen but it is just apartments u not a hotel.
Most of the people who live here are people who work in Graz. So you can also bring your own bed linen if it is not enough for you!
You will not find any comparable apartments in Graz in this price range and with this equipment!

If you want cheap, not clean, saggy bed, shower that leaks over the floor, toilet that is to high, then this is for you.
Felt very uncomfortable, was like the apartment was designed by a child, the bed was so uncomfortable, I just wish I had read some reviews

AVOID!!!
I had very bad experience with this, room was dirty, it was cold( we slept in coats) and staff was rude and weird.
We booked room from booking but when they took money they cancelled our reservation so we can't put review there (i guess it was on purpose)...We were arguing with some man(boss?) and he is so mean and doesn't see problem in his dirty rooms...
Avoid this even for a night !!!!

I'm not recommending.Very bad experience with my family. Bathroom is too dirty, so small. Bed sheets are also dirty. Bed sheets and other material is not hypoallergenic. It's too bad 😞. parking paid extra 10euro.

It was enough to sleep
The accommodation was unfortunately not very clean and it was kind of like an office space that was converted into a bedroom living room.
Location very bad as the accommodation is on a main artery.
Those who are used to the street noise from home are definitely in the right place.
