Nice for a night

We stayed in this hotel for a night while passing through; our room was a mix of typical mountain styles, perhaps with too many details, too many things put together. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty.

Relaxed stay

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Alp Art.
Have made us feel completely comfortable as a family with children (1 year, 3 years).
Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck.
The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by.

Excellent Stay!

Outstanding views all around and very unique and fun hotel, breakfast was very good and had many many options! Staff was very friendly and was very helpful. They also spoke English well (which we are not native speakers) so this helped with recommendations

The booking itself was a positive experience and thus quite different from many other now typical travel bookings, which are anonymous and therefore very impersonal. I felt immediately welcome. The room was surprisingly large and well equipped (positive for me personally: Kettle and fridge).The atmosphere in the room and in the house was cozy (whether you like the decor is a matter of taste, but you can tell that everything was lovingly chosen). The bed was a boon for the back with "real" blankets and pillows and a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was either new or very well cleaned.
In the house there were also many play facilities for children: a playroom and many board games.
The staff was very friendly and the owner very accommodating with helpful tips for the individual interests of travelers.
Breakfast was "too good" for the price. There was really nothing there was not, even for vegans / vegetarians.
The connection to the city of Innsbruck by bus was problem-free.
I also liked the village: Outside the hotel was a flock of sheep that was incredibly relaxing to watch. You could take nice short or long walks, and the moment you got off the bus you could breathe in the fresh mountain air.
You can tell that the village is also home to "real" people and not all about tourism. My (far too short) two days were enough to give me a little insight into the way of life of the people there: I looked at the cemetery and the church; there is a small library, there was a concert of a brass band - and said sheep...
Innsbruck is a very appealing city where I would have liked to stay longer. The people I met there were very friendly and helpful. The town is very well maintained and beautifully located.
If I had to write something negative: I can imagine that it is a bit irritating for some people that the young people who clean and put breakfast there speak only English. I didn't mind, and maybe they just arrived there and are still learning German? And if necessary, the owner is always on hand. Perhaps the staff could be encouraged to speak a little more German, because I think the language skills already exist, only maybe they didn't dare?
Overall a very nice experience and my recommendation to all who are looking for accommodation nearby.

Vielen lieben Dank für so ein nettes Feedback! Ja, das ist unser Motto, dass wir alle Menschen sind! Deswegen geben wir auch eine Chance den jungen Ausländern, die ihre Arbeitserfahrungen sammeln wollen und einige Auszeit im Alpenraum genießen :)
