Krásný resort kousek od Vídně
Zůstal jsem v hotelu Schlosspark Mauerbach, kde jsem pracoval mimo pracoviště: konferenční prostory nebyly nejlepší, AC s nízkým výkonem proměnilo zasedací místnost v saunu v žádném okamžiku. Samotná část hotelu je opravdu dobrá: měl jsem krásný pokoj s venkovním posezením - čistý, moderní, vše dobře funkční. Dřevěná podlaha, vkusný interiér. Venkovní bazén a park dodaly této pracovní cestě relaxační dotek, umožňující procházky a určitou fyzickou aktivitu. Služba byla přátelská a nápomocná. Parkování bylo zdarma.

veřejnou dopravou
ano, toto místo má garáž. ale také má velmi slušné autobusové spojení, č. 450, přímo z vlakového nádraží Tteldorf ve Vídni. Domnívám se, že hotel vám nabízí bezplatný uvítací nápoj, pokud přijedete veřejnou dopravou.
zahrady jsou krásné, bazén pěkný, ne-li obrovský, celé místo dobré a čisté. Jídlo docela pěkné (měl jsem jen rauty, nic a la carte). wifi fungovalo dobře. prostorné pokoje. velmi dobré pro semináře, nebo jako pár hýčkat se s neděle do pondělí speciální. snaží se být udržitelnější, ale stále existuje prostor pro zlepšení. musíme mít čerstvé ovoce v Rakousku v červnu? Potřebujeme vybavení v malých lahvičkách, nebo by neměly jen šroubovat velké do zdi koupelny? Myslím, že je to špičkový seminář, semináře, konference - rakouská vláda si to také myslí. Nejsem si jistý, zda bych ho použil pro volný čas pro celou dovolenou.

jen zklamáním
dobře jsme měli velké očekávání, protože recenze byly opravdu dobré a my jsme měli několik pozitivních doporučení. Po naší lehké večeři, kterou naši číšníci zachránili, jsme zjistili, že kuchař zmizel na konci září, což vysvětluje něco. Nakonec jsme s režisérem promluvili, což bylo pozitivní rozhovor, ale nezměnilo naši zvláštní příležitost, která byla vlastně zničena

I would like to clarify again that the change of our chef did not cause any qualitative losses. Since the change, the kitchen management has been continued by our longtime employee, who last worked in the position as sous chef and contributed to the great success in our culiary. Our awards and good reviews speak for themselves, last but not least we have been awarded again by Gault Millau for 2019 for our à la carte restaurant "Vier Jahreszeiten".
It is a pity that we could not meet your expectations during your stay. Nevertheless, we would be pleased to welcome you back to us to convince you of our great service and warm welcome.

MA Wonderful Wellness Escape with Outstanding Service
I stayed at this wellness hotel for two nights and was truly very satisfied with my choice.
The rooms are spacious, bright, and welcoming, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, comfortable beds, and a Smart TV. The restaurant, included in the stay with breakfast, a light lunch, and dinner, is very well organized. The dining service combines a buffet with à la carte dishes, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and attentive.
The wellness center is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest strength, offering a wide range of facilities, saunas, treatments, and daily activity programs. A special thank you goes to Denise and Nikolima, who made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay.
I also appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and the great attention to detail in both the indoor common areas and the outdoor spaces, all of which were impeccably maintained.
If I may offer a few constructive suggestions, I would first recommend replacing the plastic cups used in the wellness center and fitness area with more environmentally friendly alternatives, such as recycled paper cups or glass cups, in line with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability.
Another suggestion concerns the welcome kit: I believe a pair of slippers should be included rather than offered as an optional extra. While I fully support the hotel’s environmental efforts, slippers are an essential part of the wellness experience and the dress code for the spa area. In my opinion, they should be a standard amenity in a wellness hotel of this level.
Finally, I would recommend considering an earlier opening time for the wellness center, for example from 8:00 a.m. This would be greatly appreciated by guests who enjoy starting their day with a workout followed by a sauna and shower before breakfast. I believe this small change would further enhance the experience for early risers.
Lastly, I would like to thank Chiara and Fiona from the reception team. They were both exceptionally professional, kind, and proactive . Having staff members like them is a real asset and certainly contributes to making guests’ stays even more unforgettable.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality wellness getaway.
