Toller Urlaub
Wir waren zum Opening in Ischgl und haben beim Schlosshotel Ischgl das Chalet gebucht. Obwohl es etwas abseits liegt haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Chalet hat zwar keine Alleinlage, sondern ist Teil eines größeren Hauses, aber sobald man das Zimmer betritt, hat man das Gefühl mutterseelenallein zu sein.
Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad ist großzügig und auch der Wohn- und Essbereich bieten für 2 Personen genügend Platz. Uns erwartete auf dem Tisch ein prall gefüllter Obstkorb und kleine Naschereien.
Die Betten sind super gemütlich und das Servicepersonal schnell. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein Handtuch zu wenig, dies wurde aber innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu uns gebracht.
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man zum Frühstück ins Schlosshotel selbst fahren muss aber das tolle Buffet und der gute Taxiservice machen den Aufwand schnell wett.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Dont book chalet Schloss Hotel Ischgl
As The Schloss Hotel was fully booked, the hotel offered us The Chanel Chalet, near to The hotel, they said it must be amazing luxery chalet with spa facilities as well and breakfast and diner could be done in the hotel so we booked accordingly. After arrival the chalet was not near and 10 minutes by taxi and we were charged €40 extra pro day for The transfers, they told us when we arrived so we were surprised about these extra costs! In the chalet there was a poor spa out of order and now towels in the spa area and the place was dirty, there were some plastic cups for water to drink, so no 5 star level at all! The beds in the chalet were horrible, too hard and the double bed was sagged and we all became back pains. The breakfast and diner we had in the hotel, the first evening the diner was horrible, we booked the Sylvester gala party and were charged extra when we did the booking, so we knew this, but we had to pay €40 pro person extra for the party in the lounge for entrance, they told us by arrival! We spoke to Jill the Director of the hotel and we complaint about all the above items, she gave us the tickets for entrance “for compensation” for entering the lounge bar for Sylvester party. Very strange that nobody asked for these tickets By entering, and this lounge bar is a part of the hotel, so why should hotel guests has to pay extra €40 pro person to get into a lounge during Sylvester where we already paid extra during the booking! Besides in this lounge bar the prices of the beverages are very high!
The hotel offers and charge 5 stars level but the quality is 3 stars, the director Jill didn’t take our complaints serious at all, as we didn’t have spa facilities and towels at the spa during our stay, the steam bath was broken and sauna was Until late in the afternoon switched off, the cleaning lady told us that the manager didn’t allowed to switch on the sauna in the afternoon.
The pictures of the chalet even ad the promo film of the hotel are all manipulated and photoshopped, the hotel said that the ski lift was direct at the hotel, you have to walk into the village with your skies for 10 minutes and climb off and up the road of the hotel! After 5 days staying here, we can conclude that we spend a lot of money for a 3 star stay, the staff was very friendly but the director Jill is very unprofessional and has a lot to learn to take guests serious in stead of fooling them, not solving problems, and charge them with unforeseen costs and just smiling, in Holland we say “they laugh in your face and behind your back”. Jill the director never came back with solving things, never gave us a feedback for changing rooms possibilities we requested, even when no possibilities could be offered, bad communication and the hotel and chalets is absolute not what they promise, it’s very manipulated on the web/internet! We never go back!

Tegenvaller, heel jammer na een goede eerste indruk
Let op! Het Chalet heeft geen house keeping of conciërge. Bij problemen moet je zelf naar het Schloss Hotel in Ischgl rijden. Er wordt geen service verleend. Bij herhaaldelijk bellen met het Hotel wordt verteld dat het poetsende personeel de deur niet kan openen na 12:00 uur omdat ze pauze hebben. Klant is geen koning voor een dergelijk geprijsd chalet.

moyen pour le tarif
Appartement correct mais nous avions une porte coullisante entre notre appartement et l'appartement à coté, aucune isolation phonique surtout que nos voisins étaient extrèmement bruyants.Pour le tarif nous pouvons attendre vraiment mieux. Assez décus je ne reviendrais pas dans cet établissement

Exklusive Unterkunft
Eine sehr wertige und luxuriöse Unterkunft. Alles war sehr gut vom Check in über den parkservice des Wagens, sehr individuelle Einrichtung, ein toller Spa, skipiste geht direkt bis zum Hotel mit hervorragenden skiservice. Ein sehr nobler Ort an den wir gerne wiederkommen!
