Simple and clean Guesthouse

Guesthouse found by accident. It turned out to be simple but great for visiting the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Good breakfast even if mainly made of savory products. Friendly and nice owners. We were given free Silvretta Card which gave us the opportunity to use without paying the cable cars in the area during our stay and also free access to the Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße Scenic Road. Excellent value for money.

Pleasant

The accommodation is located in Kappl about less than 2 km far from the city centre.
A room was cosy and there was everything you need - a bed, TV, free WIFI and a bathroom. There are also free parking sports for hotel guests.
The owners were amazing, very polite and welcoming. We had feel like home experience.
The view from the room is stunning.
It´s an ideal place for hikers or cyclists.

Well enough stay

Stayed for 4 nights for a skiing trip in Ingsl. Location is close to the ski area (10 minute drive including parking) and a two minute walk brings you to a ski rental. In the town itself is nothing to do and it is hard to find a good restaurant.
My stay at Haus Leo was well enough. The bed are comfortable, everything is clean and it has a pleasant feel. Breakfast was delicious, but still simple (everything that is needed it there). The owner is very nice, friendly and helpfull.

Quiet and comfy

Stayed just for one night in order to try out a (for us) new mountain. The guesthouse is 5 mins drive from the lifts up on the hillside. We were made very welcome, getting by in a mixture of English and German. The room was large, warm and comfortable; decor a little dated but who cares! Breakfast was the usual (and yummy) cold meats, cheeses, cereals, etc. There are a couple of nearby eating options for the evening; we had pizzas just up the road. Would certainly stay again if passing.

So ruiniert man die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub

Besuch war geplant für März 2020:
Vorige Woche wurde unsere Buchung im Haus Leo telefonisch sowie per E-Mail bestätigt. In der E-Mail wurde die iban nicht mitgeteilt. Da wir den Betrag direkt komplett überweisen wollten hatten wir nach der iban gefragt, vier Tage vor Fristende der Anzahlung. Innerhalb der vier Tage wurde uns die iban nicht mitgeteilt. Um 6:00 Uhr morgens am Tag des Fristablaufs wurden wir darüber informiert, dass unsere Buchung verfallen sei und keine weiteren Kapazitäten bestehen. Resümee: betrügerische Masche und schlechter Kundenservice. Den Charakter des Hauses will man bei solch einem Verhalten gar nicht kennen lernen.
Nicht nur ist das unprofessional, wo ist der ehrbare Kaufmann geblieben? Ich finde es kann erwartet werden, dass man klar miteinander kommuniziert: wenn man einen besseren Deal hat, okay, aber dann bitte ich um eine faire Behandlung.
