nice stay

A really great hotel in downtown Kitzbühel.
Very nice room, bathroom with rain shower.
The wellness area gets 08/10 points (as prices for cosmetics
massage very excessive )
Grandiose is the rooftop pool, which can be easily reached via an elevator from the wellness area.
The breakfast was of the best quality and ingenious was the presentation of different salmon in a separate glass container.
Staff partly unfortunately very poor or not speaking German at all, because they struggled a bit in the communication.
Tip:
-if someone has a bike with them, they can leave it in the ski cellar
-Parking of the vehicle is very cumbersome that the garage is located about 400 m away in the Hotel weissl

A very good hotel in Kitzbuhel

Very good hotel. The spacious and quiet room. A pool with warm water on the roof for after skiing with amazing views and a small sauna. At -1 a spa with several different saunas. All very clean. They helped us with the later check out. Very well located to walk to the center of Kitzbuhel. I only have good words and desire to return

Too bad

Unfortunately, there is no way to buy a small snack.
The reception is not always staffed.
The hotel speaks almost only English, which is very annoying in Austria. In addition, the villagers were very arrogant, so you don't feel welcome!

Amazing staff , for a wonderful hotel...

Wow.wow, amazing hotel, with the roof tip pool and sauna, fabulous pool and sauna,spa downstairs. Bar , restaurant.. . Great location..But mostly the staff are so nice and welcoming and can't do enough to help you...

Good situation. New Year's Eve too moved. Rooms as if they were ovens.

The arrival was chaotic, the lady who attended us at reception got confused room, believing that they were the cards, changed them to us, as it was still unopened, had the batteries changed to the lock, they were still unable to open, until we realized, we, not her, that this room had other guests. She apologized and walked us to the new room down the stairs, assuming we were going to the first, since my husband was loaded, but no, we were going to the third. He did not inform us of schedules, not the ski storage room, not the pool or the spa, we had to be asking about everything, a bad arrival.
Breakfast was great.
The amazing rooftop pool, with very reduced hours. The Spa is great, but we are not used to people going without swimsuits, that made us uncomfortable, and we did not go back down.
Worst of all was the New Year's Eve party, despite being in a 3rd, the bed vibrated, and that was until 03:00 in the morning, impossible to sleep.
The hotel has a very busy restaurant, most, people from outside the hotel, that makes there is a lot of transfer and use everything for the restaurant. I have to say that last night we had dinner at the hotel very very well, the people very friendly. The only catch, the hotel is for adults only, the
Restaurant is full of kids and worse, running everywhere.
Another thing to comment, is that leaving the hotel was not always easy because it was full of cars stuck on the sidewalk and you had to walk past them, very uncomfortable.
The room was fine and the bathroom too, the stick I have to put to the room is the heat, HEAT
SUFFOCATING, so much so that we had to open the window and two nights sleep with it open despite being low
zero, several rooms had the windows open, which means the heat was all over, we had both the bathroom and bedroom radiator closed but it wasn't enough.
Something I like to know when I go to a hotel outside Spain is that there are Spaniards working, 2 Spaniards, one of them in the restaurant, another who was to help in the arrival and a Spanish speaker in reception very attentive, I wish we had touched on arrival, but it was not.
